Schöner Aufenthalt

Die Lage zur Innenstadt war wirklich gut 👍. Auch die Zimmer sind total liebevoll eingerichtet und man fühlt sich wohl.

Im großen und ganzen war alles super, dennoch hätte ich mir zum Frühstück mehr Abwechslung gewünscht wie zb. mehr Sorten Käse oder Joghurts die man sich selber mischen kann .

Leider ging immer die Lüftung im Bad an, sobald man das Licht angemacht hat. Dies ließ sich nur ausstellen, indem man den Hauptschalter ausgemacht hat. Das war etwas nervig.

Wie immer ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Sehr gute Lage zu Stadt und Stadion und gut mit Auto erreichbar. Sehr bequeme Betten. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Mittlerweile etwas höherpreisig, wahrscheinlich wegen der hohen Nachfrage.

Sehr gut geeignet für einen Kurzurlaub oder Wochenende

Saubere Zimmer, freundliches Personal, gute Lage - man ist in ca. Gehminuten in der Innenstadt. Frühstück war auch gut und abwechslungsreich.

Keine die störend waren, auch die in einer vorher beschriebenen Meldung zu Essensgerüchen konnten wir nicht feststellen.

Wir sind zufrieden und werden wahrscheinlich nochmal das Hotel besuchen.

War mittlerweile schon das 5. mal mit meiner Familie in diesem Hotel und wir haben uns bisher dort immer sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Betten finden wir nicht so gut, diese sind unbequem.

Modernes und ruhiges Hotel

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal Gute Lage – ruhig und Nahe der Innenstadt Modernes Zimmer mit sehr großen Betten Große Dusche Großer Fernsehbildschirm Sauber Ausreichendes Frühstücksbuffet mit allem was das Herz begehrt (allerdings kantinenähnlich mit Tablett) Fitnessraum (aber mit nur 4 Geräten)

Unzureichende Belüftung auf den Fluren Unzureichende Möglichkeiten für das Aufhängen für Hand- und Badetüchern bei 2 Personen Die Matratzen waren für unsere Verhältnisse etwas zu weich Sehr kleines Bad Keine Staumöglichkeiten für Bekleidung Der Safe befand sich in einer Schublade, die ohne weiteres entnommen werden konnte. Das macht für mich keinen Sinn

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, und tut wirklich alles um einem den Aufenthalt so schön wie Möglich zu machen, das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und vielseitig, die Preise sind in Ordnung.

Ich bin Stammgast im Hampton, komme regelmäßig 1 mal im Monat, und wie immer ist alles perfekt, tolle Location, sehr nettes Personal, sehr bequemes Bett, tolles Frühstück. Geht nicht gibts nicht, das Personal und auch Zimmer Service oder die Frühstücks Damen versuchen sofort einem alle Wünsche die man vielleicht hat zu erfüllen.

Schöner Kurztrip nach KL

Great beds and breakfast, but needs improvement on the pluming and AC to justify the price

Beds were great, large and firm. Hotel is also very modern and update to date, has a nice SMEG fridge and water kettle. Breakfast in the morning is also very comprehensive, a wide selection of everything, but very American orientated.

Although the hotel is fairly new, the first room that we got assigned had a strong sewer smell, so something is was not OK with the pluming. Also the AC was very weak, as the room temperature was not getting lower then 21 deg no matter the setting

Perfect stay, I can't ask for more. I can recommend everyone to stay at this hotel

The hotel was fantastic, the room was superb, modern and with everything, SMEG fridge and kettle, large flat screen TV, the bathroom was top modern with 2 showers. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was super delicious with a huge selection of all kinds of food, fruit, drinks and other thing

I have nothing bad to say about this hotel, it is simply a perfect hotel

The people atmosphere and staff were phenomenal. The breakfast by far the best i had at a hotel in Kaiserslautern would recommend any day. Very easy commute to autobahn and easy flow of traffic.

Nice stay even if having some issues

- The size and amenities of the room; - The cleanliness; - The parking.

We received a room at the 5th floor in which the AC was not working; I complained at the reception and, after the person checked something in the computer, I was told to wait another 20 min for allowing the system to start working. After 20 min I went back to the reception and somebody came with me in the room for checking the situation...she proposed me to open the window to ventilate the room!!!...a room which was advertised as having air conditioning...unless "Single-room air conditioning for guest accommodation" means something else. But I do not think so. We requested to change the room and we received one at the 4th floor in which the temperature was at 22,5C (comparing with 24,9C in the previous room) and we were suggested also to keep the window open because "the heat goes from down to up in the building" and the system could not cool as it should. In the morning, the temperature was at 23C having the ventilation at level 4 (out of 5) during all night. However, I did not understand why they did not tell me what the situation was from the very beginning.

Comfortable stay, too many military

There aren’t many options in Kaiserslautern for an affordable but comfortable hotel, so it’s usually either this or the Best Western. I love that they’re dog-friendly.

I’m from a small German town so I’m always very surprised to see how many U.S. military people are here in uniform. It’s pretty uncomfortable, especially considering they always write really inappropriate/sexual messages on the alphabet block message board in the lounge. I think the presence of so many military in uniform is enough to make me consider not staying here.

Great place to stay after a long day on the road - couldn’t have been better.

The breakfast was the best in all the 6 hotels we have stayed in on our motorcycle tour. The reception staff were kind and warm and friendly. The food we had from the bar area was very good. The bedrooms were amazing - felt quite luxurious! The bed was very comfortable, the pillows a little too soft for us but really not an issue. Parking for the motorcycles was good and close to the hotel.

Possible provision of motorcycle friendly parking.
