Bonjour, Je vous demande de retirer cet hôtel de votre système de peur que vous soyez accusé de complicité d'escroquerie. En effet, après que vous m'ayez confirmé la réservation, je me suis rendu à l'hôtel pour prendre possession des biens loués. Quelle n'était pas ma surprise de constater qu'ils n'avaient pas de chambre de disponible. J'exige non seulement le remboursement de ma réservation, mes frais de déplacement qui s'élèvent 836$, mais également des réparations pour les préjudices causés à ma fille, mon invité et moi-même. Je vous accorde un délai de 72 h pour vous exécuter faute de quoi, je me verrai dans l'obligation d'entamer des poursuites judiciaires contre votre entreprise. Cordialement,

Where is it?

Helpful stuff and good food

Wrong location on the map. Too noisy. Swimming pool looks like a swamp.

Well, one of those experiences. But great views indeed

The view, location and proximity to the main road (easier access to taxi). They have a very nice bar with a variety of local drinks at fairly acceptable rates.

Poor customer care, Very poor breakfast that was served at 11am after I had asked. And actually was told my booking had no breakfast and I had to show my confirmation message to convince them- meaning there is a big internal communication issue. While the appartement is great (location and views), the cleaning is very poor and even the towels are tired. I called to make inquiries was met with very poor customer care and unprofessional response. I ended up just booking online as I had no other choice. There is also no possibility to pay with the Visa card, they made me pay cash which was a pain as I had to go withdraw from a local ATM. Beyond my particular situation with them, it's a great place to relax over the weekend and even long stay because of the Appartement style construction of their hotel. When giving feedback don't expect much in terms of positive response, but express yourself anyway.

the staff were helpful and environment was Relaxing

The location is alongside the river, so its away from busy city. Guyrlan is the name of the your gentleman that was working on reception .He was always very helpful and did everything with a smile . Swimming pool was clean and the breakfast was Omelette ,toast etc.. at whatever time I required .

No mosquito nets in the bedrooms Thats about all.

Relaxing location

The property is located by the river so eating breakfast on the terrace overlooking the hotel swimming pool and the river roaring behind was very pleasing . A great way to start the day before heading to town

The location is a little far from town . About 20minutes by taxi . It was worth the trip and was never congested .
