Estancia Estratégica con Comodidad y Delicioso Desayuno en el Hotel

La elección de este hotel resultó estratégica debido a su cercanía a la reunión de trabajo. Además, destacaría la excelente experiencia del desayuno, que fue realmente delicioso. La comodidad de la cama contribuyó significativamente a un descanso reparador. En general, mi estancia aquí fue muy satisfactoria.

A+++ definitely recommend

Room was good and very quiet, always had hot water. Breakfast was good and fresh. Even the outdoors pool was a perfect temperature. Well done Sonesta!

Coffee at breakfast was limited.

The Staff is extremely professional and helpful. The hotel drivers are always available and the safe way to move around the city. Luis was very helpful and courteous.

We were on the 11th floor and we could hear the traffic

I had a great stay at the Sonesta hotel! I'd recommend this hotel :)

Staff was very helpful and kind :) very accommodating.

Some amenities were a bit old. The wooden floor of patio by the pool is very old and moldy, it would look much nicer it it were replaced.

A comfortable spot in Cali

The staff was very kind and they allowed us to do an early check-in, which made us easier our staying. The facilities are modern and clean and also easy to access all the Cali touristic spots.

I suggest to check how fresh are some dishes at the restaurant, however, in general terms the food was good.

had fish in the restaurant for dinner. It was very overcooked. The gym did not have air conditioning and it was very hot The neighborhood was a little bit dangerous

Excellent Stay in a Wonderful City!

Great location, cleanliness, modern and well-kept facilities, and the quality of service of the entire staff.

The carpet at the exit of the elevator on the floor I stayed was stained and it didn't meet the level of the rest of the areas we used.

Breakfast was diverse, with local recipes and excellent service. It would be great if they included non-gluten options. The room is clean and comfortable, and the location is just around my needs.

The coffee offered with the breakfast could be better: always paid for an additional offer. The air conditioner had no fan option, and they tried to fix it with no luck...
