away from The turists, and relax in beutiful olive grove.

The host was great and always there if we needed anything .. it was the most relaxing spot even though it meant a 20 minute drive to Florence.

Lovely, picturesque accomodation with a view of the country - bad transport links if you don't drive

Christina was a lovely host and the location was beautiful. We had the entire apartment to ourselves, with a working kitchen; It looked exactly like the photos. Our shower wasn't working so Christina upgraded us to the 3-bedroom house next door for no extra cost which was gorgeous. She provided a lot of support in terms of driving us to the local market on the Sunday when we had no food and no shops or transport links. Christina also provided some breakfast pastries, home grown grapes and wine etc. She helped answer all of our questions and gave us space to enjoy the holiday alone. Would highly recommend if you can drive.

The location was the only downside, we read that there were frequent buses from other reviews but that wasn't true. The buses don't run on Sundays and they are very infrequent so if you miss one you have to wait an entire hour for the next. The last bus returning home is also 7-8pm so you can't miss it unless you want to spend €50+ on a taxi which means you miss out on the nightlife in Florence. Also the buses themselves were a nightmare to get as the bus drivers refuse to let you validate your ticket at the front which can result in you getting wrongly fined like with us. Be warned and bring a pen with you always to write the date, time and bus number where the stamp would go if this happens to you.

Superb

Wonderful place.

The only small issue was that the hot water ran out very quickly. Other than that, magical!

Very nice

Nice place. The host was very kind and informative. Spoke good english. The room had everything, including AC. Parking is a bit tight to get into and out of. Close to florence, with buses going to centre often. There is not much close, so plan for food etc. All in all great accomodation.

Water pressure is a bit weak

Pleasant stay

The apartment has all you need. Christina is a great host, very responsive and helpful. It's a good place if you want to have various places in driving distance without being in the crowds.

Some utensils were dusty because they had not been used in a while (pan, glasses)perhaps handy to check them. It's a detail, we had a good stay.

Beautiful place

Great place for retreat and having time close to nature. There are a kitchen with all the utensils where to cook, a cozy room, and a backyard with beautiful view. Very clean sheets like in five star hotel. Christina is a wonderful woman, she made us feel like home even we spent 3 days only. Remember it is not easy accessible place so it's better to have a car. Also, have your own supply of food because nearby village (1 km walking distance) is very limited in this sort of stuff.

It was very enjoyable and would stay there again.

The location was good, it was very close to Florence and the bus stop to the city was only 50 metres away. The host was very kind and came with salad and pastries. It was such a lovely place to stay.

The shower went cold and hot. This could have been better.
