Choosing a different hotel next time I need to stay in the area.

Location was very good for my needs. My intention was to go to the US consulate. It is 2-4 blocks away so you can just walk there with no problem. Staff is also very nice and caring of your needs. They changed my room when mentioned the first one was dirty... any way second wasn't much better

It is old, ill-mantained, and dirty. VERY DIRTY!!!!. I found a pubic hair in the toilet, found out it hadn't been cleaned after because of a brown stain on the WC seat (if you know what I mean). Hair and dust in all corners. Mold on the bathroom corners. The bathroom was a cave: small, dark, dimmed light. The carpets on the hallways clearly haven't been deep cleaned in months, maybe years! The doors are too small for the doorways and there's light and sound coming in from the hallway all the time.

good for one night

the location is great if you are going to your visa appointment and it’s pet friendly

the hotel requires a lot of maintenance, our room had a lot of details in the lights and bathroom. Is too noisy you can hear everything from the other rooms and from the hall ( upstairs and side rooms

Great location, average property

The location is great

The property is outdated. It is maintained clean but it has definitely seen better days. I noticed other newer hotels, perhaps smaller but also cheaper.

Not well taken care of.

it’s well located, near the US Consulate and Avenida Chapultepec

Not well maintained, on of the 2 lifts was down, so I had to use the emergency exit stairs where there was trash, a broken glass, and smelly; the towel rack in my bathroom was falling down, the hotel in general smell old and humid.

For the price, this is a decent place to stay in a great location.

The hotel's location is terrific. It is good value for the price and is safe. Noisy at night as walls are very thin and there are no carpets in hallway to muffle any noise. No hair dryers in rooms. Staff at the front desk sometimes helpful, sometimes not. The porters are extremely kind and helpful. For the price, this is a decent place to stay in a great location.

The property in good location. Staff was very helpful. Nice lobby. Good value for stay . I Would definitely stay there again and recommend to anyone.

Great location, very good lobby, clean room.

Uncomfortable bed, in the small bathroom entire floor gets wet because there is no door for the shower stall (!), lots of noise from young people at night who make up for most clienteles in this hotel.
