Pleasant stay in Karpathos!

Host Mrs Maria is very kind and helpful! Apartments have great sea view and they are good for holidays.

Bathroom needs renovation, there is no shower cabin and it's strange to take a shower on the floor..

There was no room!

I cannot rate the hotel as we never stayed there despite the fact that we had a reservation from Booking.com. It was a very unpleasant surprise to be outside of the hotel with our luggage and get informed that there was no available room. The owner wasn't helpful at all. The only thing she was trying to do, was to contact Booking.com, which was pointless as she found the booking confirmation and as I said there was no room availability. So was she only wasting our time... Not recommended.

Exceptional

The location was just perfect, on top of Arkasa - from the balcony we could see the sunset every day. The room was very spacious, it has a little kitchen + fridge + pans, so you can cook yourself. The bathroom was a typical Greek bathroom and the balcony was big as well with a clothes rack. The owner was so nice, her English is not so good but she tried to talk to us anyway, so we managed to communicate and also her daughter helped translating the important things during check in. The owner also gave us home baked sweets twice, which were lovely. Wifi is included and works quite well.

This is NOT about Zoe Studios, but I think it's maybe good to know: there is parking right at the Studio, but the streets getting there are very narrow which can be hard if you are not used to this kind of driving or you drive a big car. However, there is a big parking lot in Arkasa, which is just a five minutes walk away, so we preferred that.
