The staff made a mega city navigable & incredibly enjoyable

Safe & secure location. Loved the spaces & the interior design. The buffet breakfast was fresh & featured a different local dish each morning. The staff were wonderful too - Fern, Katrina & Alex each assisted me in a variety of ways, from local information, to organising transport to my next destination & helping me resolve a mix up with a hotel at that destination - I’m genuinely grateful. Highly recommended!

Beautiful building and a comfortable stay

Big room (low ground floor junior suite), comfortable bed, very good breakfast, beautiful building, good security, fun neighborhood.

Slippery shower floor needs a rubber mat, noise from bus stop across street. Our ground floor suite didn’t have much ventilation, which was not an issue during our stay due to beautiful weather but would be a problem if it was hot

Relaxing and comfortable . Cozy

Safe to walk around at night for me and my daughter Two women traveling alone. Comunal areas nice. We enjoyed chatting with other guests

Some rooms were hot. I had junior suite Colibrí with big windows- huge room with low ceiling

just stayed one night but wish it was many more (and will be in the future)

absolutely stunning, like staying in an art museum— but more cozy! the staff are so wonderful and accommodating and made everything so smooth

the only thing I don’t like is that I can’t go all the time!

So comfortable, inviting, aesthetically pleasing, and some of the best breakfast we ever had.

The design, the comfort, the staff, the food. It was all so great! The art! I can't wait to stay here again. My parents stayed here in 2019 and couldn't recommend it enough, but even then this stay exceeded my expectations.

a sanctuary in the middle of the city

Elegant architecture and rooms were gorgeous with art everywhere. staff were attentive, warm and charming. breakfast was exceptional and the coffee all day was amazing and access to kitchen and grounds wonderful.

the bathroom shared a glass block window an the bathroom of the room next door. only an issue when in the middle of the night they turned on their light but it lit up my bathroom and scared me because it was like someone was in my bathroom! as a solo traveller unnerving. but once I understood it I just closed my bathroom door.

Casa Comtesse is an exceptional place to stay in the Condesa area of Mexico City.

Everything. Staff very welcoming and extremely helpful, excellent breakfast, beautiful house with art everywhere, very pleasant courtyard area for sitting in, easy access for Uber or bus, very good restaurants nearby.

Gorgeous renovated house!

Gorgeous house with only 8 rooms. Ours was small but beautiful. Wonderful cook to order breakfast!

Our bathroom sink had no water pressure.

Unique and Awesome Stay

Loved the ambience, the art, and the mezcal tasting! Breakfast was amazing and made to order. Absolutely would stay here again.

This hotel is a hidden gem in Condesa. I will happily go back and stay there again next time I visit

We had an amazing time in Casa Comtesse over the holidays. It’s a cozy bed and breakfast with only 8 rooms which makes it feel more like a home than a hotel, but with excellent service. Excellent location in Condesa, next to a ton of restaurants and bars, walking distance to Chapultepec and Roma. Super friendly and helpful staff. Breakfasts! Every day there was a breakfast special cooked to order. They also provided us with breakfast to-go when we were leaving early. Free mezcal tasting, cute little bar and happy hour every day. Cozy room, comfortable bed, excellent housekeeping.

Water in the shower / sink took extremely long to warm up but it’s not a problem if you turn hot water in advance.

Everything was great The bed or room was a little small for two people but the place is sooo charming Amazing hospitality and art and lots of space to hang out and close to la condesa walking Would definitely stay here again

Comfortable, clean, with wonderful staff!

The place was clean, comfortable and staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was incredible too!

Hot water from the shower takes a long time but when it starts, its really hot ! :)
