Wonderful stay

Wonderful staff! We were greeter nicely upon arrival. It is unfortunate the time we arrive the pool is being renovated but we were advise earlier. As for the beach its very nice .

More than expected. Enjoyed our two nights very much.

Nice unique pool layout which kids loved, direct pool access, cleanness of the hotel & room, friendly staff. Location was also great for strolling around the street for restaurants, yet not loud.

One restaurant in the hotel which is anyways normal I guess in this area.

Hotel más que recomendable

Estancia perfecta, las instalaciones nuevas y limpias, el personal muy amable y dispuesto, atendiendo cualquier petición con agilidad. Ubicado en una zona tranquila de Chaweng, pero con muchos servicios y restaurantes cerca. Fantástico acceso a la playa.

Echamos en falta algo más de variedad en el desayuno: quesos, bollos, algunos fiambres…

Nice Hotel with Nice beach, but felt a bit expensive.

the beach and the pool bar.

we stayed across the road in their other building. we were unable to switch off a lamp even though we tried our best to find the switches. Overall nice pool and pool side bar but I think you can find better resorts for the price we paid in Koh samui!

Отличный сетевой отель с большим количеством постоялтцев.

Новый и стильный корпус отеля с просторными номерами и балконом. У отеля также есть через дорогу (на 2 линии), поэтому при бронировании обращайте внимание но предлагаемый номер, если он с видом на бассейн, значит номер находится в новом корпусе на 1 линии. Везде чисто, отличный пляж, большой и чистый бассейн, в баре делают вкусные коктейли (в течение дня два «счастливых часа» в полдень и вечером, когда можно взять 2 коктейля по цене одного), а также дважды в неделю отель устраивает крутое файер-шоу на пляже, рекомендую посмотреть. Завтраки каждый день одинаковые, но вкусные. Повар готовит на выбор разные виды яиц (омлет, скрембл и т.д), а в остальном стандартный шведский стол. Каши и блинов нет, только панкейки. Если вы не любите однообразие, то бронируйте без завтраков, поблизости много заведений с вкусными завтраками, в том числе с русской кухней и в пешей доступности. Есть небольшая парковка на несколько автомобилей и для байков. Проблем припарковать байк не было, всегда много свободных мест. В целом отличный сетевой отель с большим номерным фондом и всем необходимым в наличии, но если хотите уединения, то лучше выбрать другой отель.

Лежаки на пляже (из белого пластика) менее удобные, чем у бассейна, при этом у бассейна лучше занимать лежаки пораньше, т.к. всем не хватает. Мы занимали, когда шли на завтрак, в принципе успевали. Слева от отеля Mercure сейчас сносят старый отель и скорее всего скоро начнётся стройка, поэтому рекомендую бронировать номер в 1 корпусе, который находится справа и не граничит со стройкой. Номера в 1 корпусе начинаются на цифру 1.

Schönes Hotel direkt am Strand

Das Hotel war sehr gut ausgestattet, es gab einen großen Pool und auch die angebotenen Speisen und Getränke in den Restaurants und Bars haben überzeugt. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Ideal um mal ein paar Tage zu entspannen.

Beim Frühstück gibt es noch etwas Verbesserungspotenzial, aber auch hier findet jeder etwas.

Décevant et publicité mensongère

Nous avons apprécié les équipements (piscine, bar) de l'hôtel voisin que nous pensions avoir réservé (Mercure) + la personne qui nous faisait traverser entre l'hôtel principal et l'annexe dans laquelle ils nous ont mis (sans prévenir à l'avance...)

Pour moi, il y a publicité mensongère. Nous payons et réservons une chambre au sein du Mercure Chaweng et on se retrouve dans une annexe à l'arrière (à 10 min à pied de la piscine) qui sent fortement le poisson ! Ils laissent volontairement planer le doute sur booking en mettant des photos de l'hôtel principal. Il devrait y avoir deux hôtels distincts pour réserver car les infrastructures sont totalement différentes !

Настойчивая работница на стойке регистрации, которая просила нас скачать сайт и зарегистрироваться в нем, что нам вообще не было нужно и не будет нами использоваться. Жалко потраченное наше время. Комната, которую мы получили не соответствовала нашим ожиданиям, всё здание, включая комнату, нуждается в ремонте. Отель не тянет на 4 звезды вообще!

Definitely coming back-best hotel in Thailand

Best place to stay in while in Koh samui. Beautiful rooms and pool area etc. Stayed in a standard room across the road from the main hotel area. However someone ensuring you cross the road safely-not sure of the staffs members name but he greeted you with a smile everyday(wearing long pink top under uniform) he was amazing! All staff so friendly and welcoming.

מלון טוב אבל overpriced בהגזמה

מבחינת עיצוב המלון יפה מאד, החדרים יפים ונוחים והנוף לבריכה מרהיב, רואים שהושקעה המון חישבה בעיצוב. הבריכה והנוף לים מדהימים, החוף מעולה ויש מסאז׳ על החוף מומלץ מאד!

הארוחת בוקר הייתה בינונית מינוס לצערי, אין מבחר בכלל. ליד הבריכה אין מספיק מיטות ומקום וצריך לתפוס הרבה מראש. לדעתי הבעיה העיקרית של המקום שהוא מתומחר הרבה מעבר למה שאתה מקבל.

מקום מרכזי. מודרני. בריכה נחמדה מאד.

הארוחת בוקר לא משהו וכדי לקבל קפה צריך לבקש מהמלצר. לא משנה כמה פעמים ביקשתי קפה לא קיבלתי אותו. המלון מחולק לחלק שעל הים והחלק שבצד השני של הכביש. מי שמזמין בצד השני של הכביש לא מרגיש שהוא בריזורט מפנק על הים, אלא במלון עירוני. קצת באסה, אבל לא כזה נורא כי חוצים כביש ומגיעים לבריכה.

Отель разделен на 2 части, вот та что на стороне пляжа прям отличная, новая, всё чисто, свой пляж, лежаков всегда хватает, если нет, персонал находит. Хороший спортзал, бассейн, персонал вежливый, хорошо говорит по английски. Расположение отличное, всё что нужно рядом. Пляж чистый, безопасный, морские виды отдыха , фрукты , массаж, всё есть. Завтрак норм, каждый найдет что пожевать. А вот через дорогу корпус, номер старые и серые, так что обращайте на это внимание при бронировании

Номера в корпусе через дорогу оч старые и серые, света катастрофически не хватает, очень слабая звукоизоляция , постоянно слышно всех кто ходит по коридору и горничных, поэтому я сразу попросила апгрейд и переехала. Персонал там слабо говорит по английски. В корпусе на стороне моря почему то полотенца воняли сыростью, хотя меняли их каждый день, иногда были очень серые и потрепанные, последние 2 дня убирались в номере оч плохо, хотя чаевые оставлялись стабильно :( +слабый выбор вин для отеля французской сети, но думаю это просто потому что тут никто не пьет вина))

Nous avons adoré notre séjour grâce au décor paradisiaque et au personnel

Le personnel est fabuleux, adorable, ils sont tous attentionnés et de très bon conseil sauf Leki qui nous a sauté dessus tous les matins pour nous faire payer le supplément petit déjeuner, pas un sourire ni un bonjour. Lit immense dans les chambres Lieu paradisiaque Propreté impeccable Bon emplacement et calme

Les chambres sont superbes mais nous étions dans le bâtiment d’en face (chambres standard) et nous devions payer 200 baht par jour/personne pour prendre le petit dej face à la mer Petit dej bon mais pas incroyable Chambres (standard)humides et les fenêtres ne s’ouvrent pas donc impossible de faire sécher les maillots Nourriture du restaurant et cocktails pas très bon Peu de transats au bord de la piscine pas toujours de la place

- Jediné co musím vytknout hotelu je cena služeb, jídla a drinků. Před hotelem jsou ceny třetinové !!! - Dost hostů si nosilo pití a ovoce z venku. Hotel to ale akceptoval, což beru jako vstřícné jednání

Struttura top a Chaweng!

L’intera esperienza al Mercure è stata molto gratificante… sono rimasto soddisfatto soprattutto dallo staff, vera punta di diamante della struttura. I ragazzi ti fanno sentire come se fossi a casa e sono sempre disponibili con un sorriso per qualsiasi cosa. Nota di merito per la posizione dell’albergo che si affaccia in spiaggia e per la sua bellissima piscina.

Unica nota dolente il WiFi. Non l’ho praticamente mai usato perché le app praticamente non funzionavano e si disconnetteva spesso… sarebbe stato un 10 pieno altrimenti.

there were limited sun lounge chairs. guests would reserve the chairs available by placing items early in the morning, and throughout the day, even when not using it. there was a notice up requesting guests not to, but the hotel didn’t manage the situation.

Very relaxing

Hotel was beautiful, we had a sea and pool view. The pool is stunning. The beach is also beautiful but unfortunately rubbish does wash up on to the beach from time to time. Massage ladies are amazing and on the beach too. Its a 30 min walk to the main shops and its flat. The staff were fantastic and couldnt do enough for us.

Rubbish in the sea, not the hotels fault but its there.

Good small hotel with excellent facilities, good food and excellent location.

The hotel looks even nicer than in the pictures. It stands out from most of the properties in the neighbourhood. The location is amazing, very quiet and relaxing, part of the busiest Chaweng beach. It is only 15 15-minute walk away from the busiest spot in Koh Samui but distant enough to avoid all the nightlife noise. Breakfast is good. Not a 5-star luxury resort type of breakfast but plenty of good and delicious food available. Will certainly satisfy everyone. The restaurant is amazing and cooks very delicious Thai food. We ate all our lunches at the Mercury restaurant and it is really good. Rooms are large with good air conditioning and large bathrooms. Plenty of space for two adults.

The number of sunbeds is inadequate for the number of hotel rooms. If you want to get a sunbed, you have to wake up at 6 am and go to the beach or pool area to place your towel. If you are late, all sun beds are taken. The hotel tried to improve it during our stay and bought additional sunbeds; however, these were poor-quality plastic sunbeds without any padding.
