descanso y confort

Piscina, el restaurant tenia buenas comidas. La atencion del personal, muy buena. Los masajes del spa, tb muy buenos.

Creo que el desayuno, no era malo pero yo le pondria más opciones. y en el caso de los masajes, había pocas opciones.

Lo acogedor, la atención del personal, la comida exquisita, la instalación y lo cercano al centro de ski corralco

Los camarines de la piscina termal no tiene secador de pelo y para llegar al hotel hay que pasar por un buen tramo sin techo y para los niños no es bueno. La piscina termal es abierta a todo público por lo que los huéspedes no tienen prioridad o trato especial y fue imposible ingresar en peque la cantidad de gente de afuera era demasiada y se quedaban hasta las 18:00 (horario huéspedes 20:00) pero luego de esa hora con niños pequeños y con el frío que hacía era imposible acceder. En la piscina nadie usaba gorro, las mujeres con pelo suelto y sin gorro eso fue asqueroso. Y por último nos pusieron en el tercer piso con una niña de 2 años. Las ventanas que eran grandes ninguna tenía protección y tampoco un seguro las ventanas. Era demasiado peligroso, las familias con niños deberían estar en el primer piso o poner protecciones en sus ventanas

Great location for someone looking to stay in nature and get some rest Big rooms, very good heated , including bathrooms and bathroom floor Very "old school" classy hotel

Overpriced I've been there in obviously off-season - mid. April. Hotel was almost empty Definitely needs some maintained and renovations. Bloated paint on the walls of humidity Holes in the towels Termas is fine !!! but for any additional activity, you'll have to pay. Jacuzzi ? - pay, Sauna? - pay... which is weird for such wannabe excusive hotel In addition on our check-out day, where was a scheduled power down, so we couldn't enjoy all the Termas facilities, which is the main reason for choosing the hotel. Of course nobody told us about it until the last minute In restaurant of dinner got a half-heated in microvawe piece of meat.... Breakfast is "very humble" You would expect much more from such establishment
