Wonderful beachfront walk and access to shops. Self catering which was unexpected.Very clean.Friendly, helpful staff.

Very narrow access to parking!! No extra toilet rolls! Heating panel didn't work. No hairdryer.

Very good with a little room fr improvement needed in the quality of their beds.

The location is great, closer to the beach and the mall. Dolly and all the staff members were kind and assisted with kindness.

Pricing...its a bit overpriced.the beds are not comfortable but all else was excellent.

I did not like carpet in the room. The room must be fumigated more often to prevent cockroaches.

Accommodation was unsatisfactory.

Near the sea.

it was very stuffy, wooden floor under the carpet uneven. The was not very clean. The window blind in the bathroom could not open. Noisy. The room was one of the interlock room.

Our visit didn’t start well. We had booked an ocean view room through booking.com, unfortunately that wasn’t relayed to the owner. Within minutes I was speaking with the owner. Within 30 minutes we had a resolution that worked for both of us. Within the hour there was a knock on our door with Megan apologizing profusely and extending her hand with a bottle of wine. …absolutely not necessary. The ladies opened up the kitchen for us as we had an early tee time. The breakfast was wonderful. The breakfast are is very I voting. Due to a cycling event, most of the main roads were closed. Meghan’s significant other came and drove to the course with us following so we wouldn’t be lost. The service we received was top notch! Our room ended up being very good, not what we anticipated, but very good.

Great Location.

I liked the location of the property very much! It's very close to the beach. The staff is SUPER friendly and helpful. They deserve a 15 out of 10. The beds and bedding was very comfortable. The breakfast was really good and we had enough food. As I said the staff is super nice. I hope to return and see some improvements on the carpets. Otherwise it's a nice place with a great location!

I traveled with fairly wealthy clients and had to stay the night and the look of the property on BDC was very misleading. As well as the points of the reviews. The carpets in the rooms is badly stained. My personal opinion is to get rid of the carpets and lay some tiles! That would make a huge deference. My shower which is in the bath was super slippery and could really cause someone to fall. Had to be very careful.

Great location

Great location, very friendly and helpful. Allowed us a late checkout which was great.

Not well enough prepared for load shedding especially the Internet which we really needed but it's hard running a business against that. Over all very happy.
