Superb

Everything else, stairs were an issue for one of our party who is elderly.

Uncomfortable furnishings. Parking space hijacked by visitor staying in different property.

Pleasant

Great location. Comfortable bed. Adequate heating once the old storage heaters woke up. Smart kitchen with all major white goods.

We were greeted by an army of flies in the kitchen and more in the bedroom- couldn’t see where they were coming from. The apartment needs some TLC and money spent on it:- new or re-upholstered armchairs, new hob, new bathroom heater, toilet base needs re-fixing (rusted screws), another bedside table, small kitchen items (scissors, small sharp knife, knife sharpener for large knives, replacement frying pans & small saucepan, more egg cups).
