Piso amplio pero faltan cuidar detalles

Que todas las habitaciones tienen un baño

Que la limpieza bajo nuestro criterio no muy profunda y algunos detalles del piso no estaban en buenas condiciones.

Ter elevador

Colocarem quesitos que não tem, como por exemplo o ar condicionado em todos os quartos, pois tem um quarto que não tinha ar, era pequeno e escuro.

Recomendable.

El apartamento era muy espacioso y se encontraba cerca del centro urbano. Hay varios supermercados en la misma calle. Se encuentra cerca de un parque y de una piscina municipal.

No había aire acondicionado en una de las habitaciones.

Is very spacious

Didn’t have anything to cook (like oil, salt). There were only 2 cups of coffe (for 4 people), it is always good to have those things since we went just for 3 days and didn’t want to buy stuffs that we were not going to take back with us. In two of the bathrooms there was no soap for hands.

Perfect staycation for families!

The apartment had everything we needed for make our stay perfect. It was spacious, clean and presented to a high standard. It was very close to the Altice Forum about 6 minutes walk which was perfect for us. Perfect location, perfect staycation. Thank you so much for having us.

We can’t fault the apartment. It was amazing.

Very spacious apartment, everything we could need was available where we expected. Excellent location. Easy van parking 300m behind the building.

Location was good

Street where the flat is located is very busy and noisy at night. Maintanace of the flat in general was not the best. There were things broken and not taken care of

Nice property with lousy property management

Property was very much as advertised; nice, modern and with plenty of space. The property has several rooms and bathrooms enough for more than 5.

The property is within a very transited Avenue and the noise will affect your sleeping even when all windows are close. The building has a particular smell; as you enter the apartment the sense of smell is like lettuce or garbage from the building. The air conditioning on the master was leaking. We ask for the property manager to repaired and they explained that can only repair on the third day. The water damages some of our luggage due to the chemicals on the water. The property manager never provided any apologies or compensation for any of our damages. Although we implied that some reimbursement should be considered. They advertise that they have a parking lot and you need to park on the street.

Great location and spacious apartment but it reeked of cigarette smell with no AC in 3rd Bed Room

Location was central. Apartment was big and spacious and the price for the apartment was reasonable.

1. The English email I got from booking.com listed 3 bathrooms when the actual # of bathrooms were only 2.5 bathrooms 2. The unit reeked of cigarette smoke when the description clearly stated non smoking. The cigarette smell in the kitchen and living area was quite bad 3. The 3rd bedroom which has no windows had no AC or fan. This is not what one expects in the height of summer 4. The dishwasher leaked and the kitchen had water underneath the dishwasher once a load was run which we had to dry out 5. The kitchen faucet had a whole where the faucet lever should have been 6. The faucet in the bathroom sink was loose 7. One glass bowl hadn't been cleaned properly from the previous stay
