Es passte , wir 6 Personen hatten eine gemeinsame Unterkunft mit 3 Schlafzimmern.

Frühstück wurde von uns selbst gemacht. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung war okey. Besonders waren unsere Kinder vom großen Fernseher beeindruckt. Ansonsten haben wir uns nur zum Schlafen und Frühstücken im Haus aufgehalten.

Leider hatten wir während unseres Besuches Bauarbeiten vor Ort und das machte die Parkplatzsuche etwas schwierig. Aber die Bauarbeiten sind ja nicht immer dort. Lärm hatten wir am Wochenende nicht.

Im Sommer sicherlich perfekt, im Winter gemütlich warm.

Familiäre Ausstattung der Wohnung mit viel Platz und schönenem Blick. Besonders freundliches familiengeführtes griechisches Restaurant in der Nähe mit leckerem Essen.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit viel Platz

Das Haus ist sehr gut gelegen. Man konnte zu Fuß einkaufen und zum Strand laufen bis in die Stadt/zum Hafen war es nicht weit. Es lief alles reibungslos ab und das Haus war sehr schön eingerichtet und bietet viel Platz und zum Kochen war auch alles da.

Hier und da könnte mal die ein oder andere Spinnenwebe entfernt werden ansonsten alles Top.

Grauenhaft. Schlechteste Fewo seit Jahren...

Garnichts

I'm Eingang riecht es extrem !!nach Nässe und Feuchtigkeit. Da nützt auch der Duftspender nicht. Das Türschloss ist nicht im besten Zustand. Die Treppe nach oben ist mit Gepäck sehr anstrengend zu bewältigen. Dann gibt es keinerlei Möglichkeit seine Sachen aufzuhängen oder abzulegen. Kein Kleiderschrank.!! Im Flur uralte muffige Abseiten. Nicht nutzbar. Das Sofa hat seine beste Zeit hinter sich. In der Küche roch es nach abgelaufener Wurst im Kühlschrank. Er war geschlossen , schmutzig und ausgestellt. Das Kochfeld war verschmutzt genau wie die Töpfe. Das Wasser in der Spüle muss über einen Boiler erhitzt werden, ( habe ich dann irgendwann rausgefunden) dann läuft es über den Wasserhahn nach und tropft vor sich hin.... Dass schlimmste war die verschmutzte Dusche mit Spark und Schimmel in den Fugen.... Der Dusch Vorhang dunkelbraun vor Schmutz am Ende... , die Dusche definitiv nicht zu nutzen , allein aus Hygienegründen..das Mini Badezimmerfenster ist nicht zu öffnen ohne das es dem Gast entgegenfgällt. Der kleine Spiegel für einen großem Menschen über 1,70 m nicht nutzbar, hängt auf Kinderhöhe ...Einfach nur unverschämt... Aus dem Heizungsrohr im Bad tropfte rostiges Wasser..., der angepriesene Seeblick aus dem Zimmer Fenster war leider nicht zu erkennen... Da von Bäumen dicht gewachsen. Das Fenster derart schmutzig im Schlaf/Wohnzimer und schwierig zu öffnen.. Leider gab es auch kein Netz um Insekten abzuhalten. Von der Straße ist es laut. Die Unterkunft liegt neben Kindergärten und Schule. ( Ein Hinweis wäre nett gewesen) Den TV habe ich nicht benutzt, da er von hinten und obendrauf schon so verstaubt war, das ich ihn nicht anfassen mochte Der Vermieter zeigte sich laut booking com nicht kompromissbereit was den Schmutz Und Schimmel betraf.... N I E wieder so eine Erfahrung. Vielen Dank.

Spacious well equipped holiday home

Very good location for our needs. Easy access to many locations in the surrounding area, as it was located on the outskirts of the town. Very comfortable and exceptionally well equipped. Generous amount of essential items and a wonderful coffee machine. Very clean on arrival, with many cleaning items available. Very comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. Excellent wifi provision. Access to large garden with a variety of garden furniture. Easy on street parking.

The garden area was in need of some tidying and maintenance.

Nice comfortable bed and nearby good Greek restaurant within walking distance

Although we didn’t need them as we always eat out, all items available for if you prefer self cooking etc

The stairs were a bit difficult for our very old beagle

Too much scent of perfume

It is a nice and very clean place, and perfect for some nights in Flensburg. It's a very quiet area.

When we opened the front door, a heavy scent of perfume met us. That was from some perfume sticks in the hallway. Fortunately we could move them outside. But when we went to bed we reslized that the bed linning was washed with detergent (perfume soap). The scent keept me awake most of the night. The bed could also be better. We had to skip the second night in the appartment, because of this. Rented a hotel room instead. Hope for future guests that the host will stop using of perfume, because it would have been another and better stay without. There where 50 pictures of they place. But only a few was from the appartment. Hard to figure out what you really get.

Exceptional

The house was very spacious, and clean. Kitchen was very well equipped, the beds very comfortable. The big kicker table was a great bonus for our 13 year old grandson. The terrace and garden are lovely. Location is excellent. We felt very comfortable and happy there.

There was absolutely nothing we didnt like. It was a beautiful house. We would perhaps have liked to have a few more coffee mugs, but otherwise it was perfect

Calm and quiet area close to the city center. Very good communication with the landlord. Everything you need was included except food of course.
