The owner of the place is soo rude to an extent she had to refund the money back. We just couldn't stay there. After having to wait for her to first take a bath and attend to me after 🤔🤔🤔. And to make matters worse it was loadshedding had to start arranging again for where to put up that night 🤔

Decent

The location was 6 minutes away from the hospital we had appointments with which was perfect. The location was safe and quiet which is what we generally prefer. The host was amazing and went over and above to make our stay comfortable.

Seems like the property managers don't enjoy cleaning or arranging for it. There was a lot of dust and the expectations and fines that come along with cleaning are a bit unfair in terms of not being allowed to eat on the beds as they don't quite offer interior dining furniture. There were more fines listed which is a bit harsh especially since they also dont invest in pest control themselves. We barely slept due to mosquitos and there were many ants. Would have been great if they offered what they expect from people I guess.

Lovely stay at a safe and calm place.

Friendliness and safe area. Good inside and outside space. Free wifi. Well equiped kitchenette for self catering.

not happy, made the best of it.

Pet friendly host tried to make stay better, double booked, had to check out day earlier... hosts fault- scatter brain it seems. said I have to change booking, but no refund could be processed. she didn’t wanna cancel booking either. still waiting on refund. disappointing

Ant infestation Door couldn’t lock kitchen Utensils pathetic... for self catering... no hot plate, stove, just a frying pan... pot useless though in cupboards. fridge noisy, no broom, thought expected to clean... had to ask. no chairs had to ask, I advised I will be working. prior to arrival....brought desk and chai the morning after asking again. host definitely does not check messages or app to engage... server always down.

Very good

Very secluded setting...Very nice garden with all the fairy lights and trimmings..Sure felt as if we were in an Angels Corner...

Disappointing

Its a very cozy setup with a beautiful big yard. Although we had to leave due to a family emergency, The winter season just started ,flat was very cold and there was no hot water to wash. They should also try and invest in thicker winter blankets.
