Sehr gepflegte Anlage mit gutem Pool, geschickt angelegten Wohneinheiten und netter zentraler Bar.

Nette Bar mit sehr freundlicher Bedienung. Kurze Wege zu verschiedenen schönen Stränden. Schönes Städtchen in der Nähe mit allem was man im Urlaub braucht. Geeignet für Gruppen, da jeder sein eigenes kleines Apartment hat und der Pool und die zentrale Bar sich als Meeting Point anbieten. Gute Klimaanlagen in der Unterkunft waren ebenfalls vorhanden.

Dass der kleine Fernseher nicht funktionierte war nicht so schlimm. Kann man aber natürlich auch besser machen. In jedem Fall benötigt man ein Auto vor Ort. Ist zwar alles sehr nahe beisammen, aber nicht fußläufig.

Very nice little resort. Swimming pool was lovely and clean. Huge parking area. We had an outside area with a table and some chairs, which was nice. The staff is very attentive.

Superb

Amazing family experience. Staff was lovely and helpful. Location was spectacular in one of the most beautiful places if South Sardinia, closed to Costa Rei. The resort had every thing we need to have a very relaxing family time with a young child. It is still a walking distance from the lovely town of Villassimius (20 minutes) but a car is highly recommended because at night some parts of the road are very very dark. We can only recommend this relaxing and children friendly family resort! 😃

The apartment was very nice, clean, comfortable and useful.

The beds were comfortable, the chicken was useful, the bathroom was big and the toilet was normal. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, near the town and the beach. The stay has a parking lot. We were there in September and it was very quite. Perfect for families.

Nice plants and building. Calm atmosphere. Best beach in the region. Free parking. You can see the sunset on the beach.

The Bistro plays totally boring music all day long. You feel hypnotized and sleepy after some minutes. They offer freezed supermarket meals instead of some freshly cooked ones. The room and bath need some renovation, but no mould. Toilets on the beach are closed. The sourrounding nice forrest is full of toilet paper. New towel cost 10 EUR per person. Included is only one bath towel per person. Wifi was not working on my android phone and tablet. It took several attempts to get some answer. At the first attempts I was not taken seriously. I could not get to the login screen after all. Nearly no WiFi signal in the room, only in the bistro, only one hotspot. No beach bar. No mattress topper, only a very thin sheet. No new sheet or cleaning after a few days. Bike lanes to villasimius are in a very bad shape.

location setting and surroundings

has potential but needs a huge revamp for those prices!! fridge was old rusty and barely worked, a/c noisy and old, the floor to our apartment entrance not even paved just soil!! safe didn’t work as it should, no electric kettle had to boil a pot on a gas hob))) kitchen equipment very poor etc wifi hopeless for 2022!! reception staff not obliging at all but I pity them!! then they had the face to charge us for a baby cot and high chair!!..

Good place for vacations

The pool is excellent and all the surrounded area. The room and kitchen area are adequate with air conditioning.

The cleaning. The stairs that give access to the apartment were really dirty. The kitchen has few accessories to cook. No toaster, coffee machine, microwave, etc.. The doors of the freezer and refrigerator were not working properly. The towels were not changed during all the week. No towel or individuals for the eating table.

Great villa style resort!

We loved the "villa" style resort! It had an amazing pool and a very nice and relaxing atmosphere. We enjoyed also the fact that the villas had a nice size, with two rooms that fits 4 people quite well.

It was really difficult to get transportation to move around the area (go to restaurants, etc). The taxis would take a long time to arrive, or they would not come at all - what I think could be an interesting idea is if the resort has a partnership with different taxis or they provide some sort of shuttle transportation for their guests to move around different areas. Otherwise, you would have to walk in the middle of a deserted road!

Good solution for a flexible stay between a rental home and an hotel.

simple but nice and family friendly. big pool, ok food at the snack bar (open all day) and pleasant garden. rooms are essential but well kept and clean.

beaches are not super close, especially if walking under the hot sun with small children. cabs are not easy to find (but we found a great tuktuk driver for short rides).

The residence is really well-maintained and clean, the pool is next to bar&restaurant and surrounded by beautiful flowers. Really enjoyed bar and restaurant which were open from early morning to late night, breakfasts were delicious.

Perfect spot for a relaxing kidfriendly vacation

The location, very close to the beach, in a quite area; the pool, the garden, the friendly staff. I am already thinking about going back. Maybe next year.

There were a lot of bugs. It is ok if you are prepared for it. Due to its location, surrounded by nature, you will always have bugs. So take precautions.

Very nice pool but I don't think self-catering accommodation is good value for money

The pool and the garden are superb.

I understand the rooms were without any service but I think if that is the case there should be a little more equipment so we can manage the rooms ourselves : plastic bags for the rubbish and more toilet paper and also I think the towels should be replaced if not every day, every other day at least.

Great stuff, cleaning an issue

Lovely pool, good location, great reception stuff who go out of their way to make you feel comfortable- friendly and very helpful, thank you Daria & Stefano! Nice cafe with great team serves you up to midnight by the pool.

Room wasn’t as clean as one would expect when entering it, hairs all over the bathroom and clear the room wasn’t properly cleaned. FYI, rooms do not get cleaned during your stay.

Relaxing.

Great location. There is a nice beach 10 mins walk from the hotel which is perfect for families with little kids but also good for those looking for a shallow beach. Of course, there are many other beaches accessible by car or bike. It has easily accessible car parking. Very calm facility to relax. And there is enough space to maintain the 'social distance'.

Facility is pretty old, is in real need of renovation. Because it is old, pool doesn't look clean enough. Rooms are pretty old, furniture was ok but bathrooms really needs a change. It could have been cleaner; and I wasn't aware of the fact that cleaning was not included in the price. I've never had such an experience before.
