Que du bonheur !

Super hôte j’espère la revoir avec sa famille ! L’appartement est très bien et confortable un stationnement est aussi disponible à proximité. Les références pour les restos 10/10. Nous avons marché vers le centre pour visiter les lieux dont la Cathédrale de Parme et nous sommes revenus par le magnifique parc à proximité de l’appartement. Brasserie artisanale/restaurant très bonne. Nous avons visité une fabrique de Parmesan et une Salumeria de proscuitto pour apprendre la fabrication et la préparation des deux aliments favoris de mon fils. Je recommande fortement cette hôte pour son magnifique logement très bien situé ainsi que pour elle. Grazie mille❤️

Das Apartment ist groß. Wir hatten zu viert genug Platz. In der Küche war alles vorhanden und in der Nähe gibt es genug Geschäfte oder Lokale. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.

Perfecte locatie voor een bezoek aan Parma.

De locatie is top. Binnen enkele minuten bij supermarkten, restaurants, een prachtig stadspark en niet te vergeten het historisch centrum. Het appartement ligt op de eerste verdieping, heet alle faciliteiten en de host Barbara is super vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam. Voor een bezoek aan Parma kan ik dit appartement van harte aanbevelen.

Het is prima. Niets op aan te merken.

Confortevole e rilassante, superiore alle aspettative. Consigliatissimo

La signora Barbara è davvero encomiabile per simpatia e come sa farti sentire a casa. Disponibile, precisa e sempre sorridente, l'appartamento è pulitissimo ed è situato in una zona tranquilla lontano dal rumori del traffico e può soddisfare gli ospiti per confort, è situato in una posizione molto comoda e fornita di ogni genere di servizi. Ci torneremo sicuramente

Excellent location to visit Parma

The apartment is very clean and it met all our needs. It's located close to the city center. It's a 10 min leisurely walk to the center, and you can go most of the way through a park that's 100m from the apartment. The host was extremely welcoming and accommodating, you couldn't ask for more. There's a parking not far from the apartment which is free on Sundays, but you have to pay for the rest of the week, but it's not very expensive. The area is quiet, there are small shops and supermarkets not far from the apartment.

Exceptional

The appartment is clean and very comfortable . The kitchen is well equipped and you have everything you need for your stay. A close parking area is available. The appartment is in a walking distance to the centre , supermarkets and shops are close . Barbara the hostess is helpful , nice and a charming person. She was there for everything we needed. I can highly recommend it and surely will stay there again. Thank you very much 💗

These apartments are wonderful! they are located in a good area. If you go from the station by taxi, the trip will take 5-7 minutes(20-25 min on foot). there are several bus stops nearby and you can go to any part of the city. There are various supermarkets (sigma 2 min, coop 5 min, lidl 8 min, conad 10 min), plenty number of restaurants and bars in the area. Also, these apartments are near hospital, so If you need to live near it, it's a good option. Very friendly hosts! they will always help if you need a help! in the apartments it is very clean, very comfortable and nice rooms, street noise is not audible. The beds are comfortable, there is a kitchen and there are everything for cooking. there is Nespresso coffee machine. The hostess is a very nice woman. She speaks Italian and English. I definitely recommend these apartments. When I return to Parma, I will definitely stay there

I really liked the apartment, clean, have air conditioner. the apartment is 10 minutes walk from the center. there are many cafes nearby where you can have breakfast. the owner of the apartment is a very kind and pleasant woman
