It was a wonderful stay.

I felt safe. Staff was so kind and friendly towards me. I enjoyed every aspect of my stay.

Exceptional

Our room was immaculate!!! I requested that everything big cleaned top to bottom and housekeeping delivered! The gentleman that checked us in was fabulous too. I went shopping several times and dropped a new brush in the lobby and didn't realize it. The gentleman at the front desk saw it and called me thinking it was mine because he had seen me going in and out with shopping bags. I was so grateful he cared enough to call and see if that was my brush! This is the cleanest, friendliest Holiday Inn Express we'd ever stayed in and we've stayed in a lot across the nation!

Pleasant

First room was missing a chaise. Only option left for sitting after a 4-hour drive was a wooden bench /luggage stand or the bed, neither of which had back support. I was told the chaise was getting upholstered. We accepted an offer to be moved to another room.

Overall better than expected experience!

Super clean. Friendly staff. Loved being in walking distance of a great deal of shopping and restaurants. They were helpful changing my booking to an early arrival. loved the blackout curtains.

Personally, I like a hotel with a restaurant for convenience. I asked for new towels and they asked me to put out old towels for exchange. Which I did. They took my old towels but not leave new towels. But I did inform the front desk and they put some in my room when I was out.

Don't spill or you'll pay.

Hello everything was fine until my wife spilled her bowl of spicy noodles on the bed and then we were charged an additional $169 on top of the room cost. So basically we bought new sheets because of this incident. We do not agree with this procedure and will no longer stay at there hotels. You know if you use bleach it will wash out. So not sure why the extreme cost.

My final bill. Didn't know we would be buying a beds set for spilling a noodle bowl. So instead of washing the linens we were just charged.

Loved the stay and the staff

The hotel and room were very clean! Breakfast was good and every employee we ran across, from the front desk to housekeeping, were very friendly and accommodating! I've traveled quite a bit in my life, and this was easily one of THEE best hotel stays I've had! I stayed for a week so there was plenty of time to be displeased, but that was never the case. Extremely happy!

I wouldn't say I didn't like anything, there were a couple very minor issues. The guide on the TV always indicated a different show no matter what channel you tried to watch, probably a provider issue and not a hotel issue, and I'm not a fan of turkey sausage when they didn't have pork sausage, but that's it. Definitely not big problems and I didn't mind these things, not a big deal.
