This charming Suite represents a fusion between Victoria's more industrial past and its forward-thinking present. In this Suite, you're truly at the centre of it all, within walking distance of the City's most popular sites and attractions; you can visit the Parliament Buildings, shops, popular restaurants and pubs! Conversely, you can relax on the rooftop taking in a brilliant view of the mountains and the harbour; it is the perfect place for catching sunsets!

The Heritage Studio Loft features an open-concept layout, professionally designed to blend functionality with style and comfort while accentuating natural charms, such as the high ceiling and exposed brick. The Suite includes a cushiony queen-size bed with a convertible sofa bed to provide additional sleep space. The Kitchen is fully equipped with premium stainless steel appliances and other high-quality cooking essentials. Moreover, in addition to the Suite itself, guests have access to the building's rooftop patio with an incredible panoramic view of the City. The Lesier Building likewise possesses some historical value; as the Canadian Register of Historic Places states, the building's "conservative high-quality High Victorian exterior and functionalist interior elements [reflect] the commercial success of its original owner."

Policies and Booking Requirements
Age Requirement: Our policy requires the guest making the reservation to be at least 19 years old in order to book.

Cancellation: By confirming this booking, guests agree to our cancellation policy. If you are concerned you may need to cancel outside of the policy, we suggest guests acquire travel insurance to assist in mitigating any losses.

Check-in: We provide self-check-in with a standard check-in window of 4:00 - 7:00 pm. We ask that guests arriving past the standard window carefully read their check-in instructions and reach out with any questions prior to their arrival, as our support team is only available until 7:00 pm. Moreover, we kindly ask that guests arriving in the evening are mindful to keep noise to a minimum.

Occupancy: Our policy permits only the number of guests booked initially to occupy the suite. No Pets. Children Welcome.

No Smoking: Strictly enforced. No Smoking on balconies or in the suite. (Note: The Strata strictly enforces these bylaws, and failure to comply will result in a $500.00 fine).

Construction Notice: Guests should be aware that Victoria is a growing city, and there is building construction next door, which guests will hear throughout the day during specific times. This is at the end of the building phase, and most of the building is complete.

Great location. The loft was comfortable, included all kitchen appliances and a supply of coffee beans, as well as a washer and dryer. Very close to the water. Easy walking distance to the harbour, to restaurants and other amenities.

This apartment is in an excellent location, very close to the wharf and harbour, restaurants and shops. It's not fancy though clean and functional. The highlight is the rooftop deck overlooking the harbor where we sat, sipped drinks and enjoyed the sunset and city lights. Also felt very secure. Highly recommend.

Cozy studio apartment in heritage building in great location in downtown Victoria. Easy walkable access to multiple dining options and blocks from core shopping areas - approx 1/2 mile to central harbor and the Empress Hotel.

You can simply walk to most of the Victoria attractions in the downtown core. Like all major cities in Canada and the US, downtown has the usual distractions. But we have never felt unsafe. This is a well appointed newer loft in a reclaimed historic building. The residential units are double secured. There are quite a number of unique boutiques and restaurants in the neighborhood. And of course China Town, which is the oldest surviving China Town in North America (the original China Town in San Francisco was burnt down in the great fire there). One thing you need to be careful with: the bathroom floor mat is slippery. We highly recommend this rental for a weekend or longer stay.

The flat is great and presented in a friendly, modern and easy-going design. Kitchen v well equipped with modern appliances, coffee, tea, oil and spices were also provided. Nice touch! Communication with owners/managers sometimes cumbersome: not always clear how to get in touch with whom. E.g. elevator was defect since Friday and remained so until Monday, had to lift heavy luggage (round-the-world trip) down the stairs which are in the neighbouring building. Both washer and dryer were filled with rags and towels, obviously this flat is used by cleaners for doing laundry of many other flats? Overall, I would have welcomed some brighter light as the flat is pretty dark.
