Using the kayaks right from our private dock
was the best part. Some things can be improved with the home cleaning but other than that it was very good for family time. Loved being able to walk to most places we wanted to go too.

This property is very run down and in need of rehab. Basic amenities were not provided. The combination door lock was broken and we needed to contact Vacaca twice to lock this property when we left. Photos of this property are at least 15 years old. This property would be good for large families with lots of kids on a limited budget. Not good for 6 women looking for above average accommodation's. We had 1 dish towel and no hand soap in the bathrooms! The towels were damp, deck awning not functioning. This place needs a good cleaning. A previous renter left their dental appliances in the medicine cabinet!

Beautiful location right on the water. Spacious rooms throughout. Old school furniture but still comfortable. The place shows signs of aging and has some upkeep issues but definitely would stay here again.

This is our second time renting this home. Seven senior women working on organizing our photos and making photo books for our families! We worked on our laptops at that huge dining table for 3-1/2 days, enjoying the beautiful view and fabulous weather! The beds were very comfy and the kitchen is well-stocked. I think we'll be back again next year...

Our stay at this property was both memorable and relaxing. The house was clean, well-lit and comfortably fit our family of eight (2 seniors, 4 adults, 2 kids). There was plenty of space for group activities (board games, karaoke, foosball, etc.) and alone time to happen simultaneously. The “wow” factor here was the harbor view, which offered us hours of watching boats, kayakers and paddle boaters float by. As listed, the home had no A/C but it was never an issue, even during our trip in early August. Check-in was a breeze; it’s near plenty of shops, restaurants and the beach. We hope to return to the property someday soon.

We loved being on the marina and having easy access to kayaking deep-sea fishing and other water activities. The house is rather old and there were several things that we found didn’t really work like the patio cover, the refrigerator was tough to close all the way, there was a Foos ball table but no Foos ball, and everything was just needing to be updated. But we enjoyed our time nonetheless and would consider returning to the harbor in the future.

The view! Loved the wholesome neighborly feel and the whole summertime vibe with all the party boats, paddleboarders and Kayaks, Good to know there is a couple of places where you can rent them yourself. You can even rent a water taxi and join the parade! I liked to walk along the walkways in the marina on either side of the bridge and check out all the happenings. Toppers is right behind the Firestation across the street and it's the only one right on the water. If you like walking, cross the bridge and there is a little walkway that takes you straight to the beach. Check out the Sunday Farmers market, lots of fun stuff going on besides produce.

Excellent spot for family gathering
We loved the house’s large communal gathering spaces: living room, dining room, kitchen, and best of all: big outdoor deck on the waterway. It worked great for our family gathering of nine. The 2 showers, 3 toilets worked well for our group, but fussier people may want more. Our mattresses could have been better. My only true complaint was that we received the wrong door-opening-instructions on our arrival which was stressful after a long day of travel, but it was remedied quickly and we were inside within 15 minutes. All in all a fantastic stay.

The trash cans and cupboard where the cans are could stand a good cleaning, there were no trash bags in the home. We broke one wine glass. There is an ant problem in the kitchen and living room. There was something sticky on the floor in the room with the two double beds.Just thought they might like to know those things. I love the feedback from our guests

Great place on the water
We had a fantastic time. The house is big and open, with the harbor in view from almost anywhere downstairs (and the bedrooms). It's directly across from the channel to the larger harbor, so you can sit on the deck and watch the ships go by. Highly recommended

Great location, fell short of expectations

1. Barbecue was filthy & propane tank was empty, costing us an additional money spent.
2. Washer & dryer were full of unknown clothing.
3. There was not enough toilet paper or trash bags provided. We had to purchase more.

Additionally, when we tried postponing The dates (due to Covid threat/ concerns)we were never able to get a response via phone/email. For the amount of money we spent we are very disappointed.

Felt like home, and having access directly to the water was amazing. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out but we always came back to the massive family table in the kitchen area to eat or play games. We will be back for sure!!

Property old, run down and not in great working condition.
We arrived to many cleanliness issues including non-functioning dishwasher. Coffee pot and toaster filthy. Sheets and pillowcases had black hairs. A couple of towels had dried blood stains. Loose floorboards on deck and a nosey neighbor who made it clear she was watching that we followed "curfew". Made us all uncomfortable. Construction every morning starting at 7 am on other side. Not a relaxing experience for a vacation home. Very disappointing.

Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us. We loved the deck and the spacious common areas. We were however disappointed that there was not any spare rolls of toilet paper, many, many dishes were dirty(it is clear the dishwasher does not work- no booster could be found) and liquid soap was not provided in the restroom/common areas(a must during the age of COVID) The dishes in general could be upgraded- they have seen better days) and how about a few wine glasses!)

But our waterway was at the end with little boat traffic, so we went swimming and kayaking in front of the place! We went to l beach a short walk away like a 1/2 mile from house. There's a beach trail to get there, over the bridge and immediately to the left.
There is Mandalay beach hotel with bikes and other stuff we could rent. And the harbor had kayaks and paddle boards we rented. .
