A large attractive front room and/or porch invites you to sit and make yourself comfortable. The kitchen is a tasteful, efficient blending of last century charm and modern convenience. Beautiful little town where our teenage grandkids could walk down the hill for homemade ice cream and visit the candy store. This place is a GEM! The house was fully equipped for family cooking time and game playing. We had the pleasure of being there on the 4th of July and saw fireworks all around. There were enough restaurants to supplement our home cooked meals and the grocery store kept us stocked up for hungry kiddos! We visited the ghost town and panned for sapphires. It was a wonderful week. My husband wants to come for a month next year!

This property was exactly as described! The decor brought back memories of being in my own grandmother’s house with the exceptions of modern upgrades. Very comfortable for our party of 5. Walking distance to town. Loved the large porch and friendly neighborhood!

Lots of knick knacks throughout the home ... almost scary for only 2 adults to stay there! Definitely hadn't been dusted recently. Tried contacting property manager for one whole day during stay to no avail. Would stay here again, but would appreciate a more involved contact.

Fun little house to spend a week in. Reminds my wife and I of our earlier years visiting our grandmas homes. Everything provided for comfortable living, all that is needed is the food and there was even some of that included.

We enjoyed staying at grandmas house, and hope to stay there next year for the charity auction again. The house was homey and clean and walking distance to down town. We went to the charity auction and music. Everything was nice around town minus the Sunshine Station and Restaurant, awful place to go.

Great location, cozy home; really feels like visiting grandmas house. A couple issues upon arrival were resolved very quickly and professionally, with great communication from our contact. Our family had a wonderful time staying here for our visit.

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It offered everything we needed from location to comfortable accomodations for a wounderful fishing trip. We do an annual trip each year in July and hope to return to the cottage next year.

We had busy days out and about in Philipsburg so we didn't spend a ton of time at the house, but it was a great spot for us to regroup and rest up before our next activity. It was fun to look at some of the pictures and the brief history of the house that the host provided. Our family of 5 was very comfortable and glad we booked here!

We loved walking back in time to this cozy little house. We had everything we needed. After a couple long days of wedding activities, coming to Gramas House to know we were getting a good nights sleep in the comfortable beds was wonderful. Thank you again.

We stayed 2 nights with my extended family at this property. Very cute house and seemed to be maintained fairly well. My one complaint would be the accuracy of the online listing as we chose this property because it had a total of 6 beds listed. 2 doubles in one room, one double in another and the basement with 2 twins and a queen. However, upon arrival the two bedrooms upstairs only had one double each. Not a huge deal as we are all family and the two "singles" shared but definitely an annoyance, and other guests may find this a greater problem. Overall we would stay again if in the area.

A buddy and I needed a convenient place to stay to explore Discovery and this was a great place for the price. No frills, but all the essentials. Comfortable and short 300 yard walk to the charming Philipsburg main street for food and drinks! Would stay again.

Grandma's House is an adorable cottage with excellent amenities within walking distance of the historic downtown. Little shops, an incomparable candy store and top notch brewery. Would stay at this location again and again!

The home was all we were looking for. Cool, clean, and plenty of space. Everything was as advertised, however, the dryer did not work. We would stay there again, since it was in walking distance from town and a 20 minute drive to Rock Creek.

Small town Montana experience.

We loved Philipsburg and the surrounding valley. We had several spectacular trips exploring the area, and coming back to this comfortable home after a day of exploring was so nice. The bathrooms have been updated and are very nice. There's a big bathtub upstairs for a wonderful soak, and a great shower in the bath downstairs. The rest of the home is comfortably furnished with everything we needed for a great stay. The host was very responsive when we needed anything and made our stay great!

We have stayed here a handful of times now and it is such a comfortable place, great location. The personality and decor add to the theme of Grandma's Quaint Cottage. We love to stay here when we go to Discovery to ski or when having a family weekend in Phillipsburg/Georgetown Lake area.

It's a great location and a comfortable house. The only complaint is that the internet did not work during our stay. There were also problems with the plumbing in the bathroom but they warned us that they had had a freeze up that caused some damage, so we expected some of those issues.

We stayed at Grandma's house for almost a month and were very comfortable. It was close to the Discovery Mountain Bike Park and close to town and a grocery store. I recommend Grandma's house for a family or a group of people.

We wanted to be at Georgetown Lake but this cozy home served us fine- daily drive to lake was doable- great fireworks to watch in town from porch. Quaint charming town. Price was fair. If carpet was cleaned the rating would have been up a grade.

We came to Philipsburg for a family wedding. This cute house was a perfect for the 6 of us. Plenty of beds for all. Only 2 blocks to the adorable main street of Philipsburg. We will definitely be back!
