Spacious, immaculate, private lake front home on Table Rock Lake! Come relax in this darling retro house! (just 100 yards to the water!) Close to the marina, state parks, theme parks, shopping centers, hiking trails and fishing spots! 3500 sq feet, 4 bedrooms (3 with their own full bathrooms), 4.5 bathrooms, 3 dining areas, 2 living areas - with a full kitchen upstairs AND downstairs (with dishwashers in both!)! 3 outdoor living areas with views of the lake on one side and an enchanted forest on the other! Huge Jacuzzi tub in the master suite and 3 fire places. There is a flat screen tv in each bedroom and one in each living area with satellite. And of course free wireless internet! Equipped with a washer and dryer. This lovely home sleeps 11-12 comfortably (this includes sofas). 10 minutes to Roaring River State Park (trout season is March 1st - Oct 31st). Minutes to Kings River. Eureka Springs AR is a beautiful 15 minute drive away! Visit their festivals, car rallies, shopping, restaurants, art or night life! Or watch The Passion Play (and don't miss Bike Blues and BBQ in September)! Just a 30 minute drive, Dogwood Canyon Nature Park is a one of a kind experience for nature lovers and adventure seekers of all ages! With miles of crystal-clear trout streams, cascading waterfalls, ancient burial caves, unique hand built bridges and bottomless, blue green pools. We had a great time staying at this property! The indoor spaces were very clean, especially for being out in big territory, and had great gathering spaces in the two separate living rooms. Kitchen was well appointed and there are certainly plenty of coffee pots (4) which we loved. Beds were very comfy with thick memory foam toppers, and I appreciated that there were fans in at least some of the rooms. I do wish the pictures had been a bit more clear about the lake access - it was a fairly steep and rocky climb down through trees to get to the water, so bring camp chairs and a cooler to prevent having to walk back up and down often. The shoreline is very rocky also, so water shoes/sandals are necessary for wading. Loved the access to the kayaks though! Only a 23 minute drive from Eureka Springs and plenty to do around, but still felt nice and private, so best of both worlds! 10/10 would stay again!

This very clean four bedroom and five bath two story house was perfect for our four couple family gathering. We enjoyed the ability to have our own private areas and still be able to come together for meals, lake swimming, and campfire. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and plan to come back next year, if not sooner. Thanks Melissa.

We have stayed in this house multiple times and love it! It has enough space, inside and out, for everyone to have their own area. We love the quirkiness of the red kitchen, brightly colored carpet and bathroom fixtures. It is always a comfortable stay. The location of the cove is our favorite part and where we spend most of our time. It is just a short walk downhill to a perfect swimming beach. We spent hours just floating and enjoying life!

This spacious house has lots of room for your friends or family to spread out. A nice easy hike to Table Rock Lake and nearby Eureka Springs is just a 20 minute drive away. We've already booked the house for our family vacation next summer!

This house is in an awesome location at the back of the cove. We had the cove to ourselves. Everyone enjoyed the kayaks. We were able to anchor our boat in the cove with no problems. Plenty of room for everyone. This is our 2nd time staying here. We did have a problem with the key but had a very quick response from Melissa to resolve it. Grocery store is only 10 minutes away in Holiday Island or a Dollar General around the corner. We loved this place!!

We stayed for a week at this wonderful property. We had six adults and two children under the age of five. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy the week. Due to a heavy storm one night a tree fell and blocked the road into the property. By the time we discovered the tree across the road the owner was already on his way to clear it. As soon as he had removed the tree he came to the house to let us know it was cleared. Had a nice visit with him. Everyone that went down to the lake had a wonderful time! The only thing we noticed which others had commented on before us was how tricky it was to regulate the AC. Beds were comfortable but a little to soft for the liking of several of us. We highly recommend this house for larger families. Memories we made!

We enjoyed our stay!
Great large kitchen space which was well equipped. There are great spaces for families/groups to gather together or to break up into their own spaces. Bedroom and bathroom spaces were all spacious. Beds were comfortable. We had no issues with air conditioning like others had mentioned, but wi-fi is weak.
It is a very quiet and private area which was great! The outside areas - deck, front patio, and lower level back patio - were great! It was a bit farther and steeper to get to the lake than we thought it would be. We had three adults who wished to kayak and there were only two. Host responded quickly that others had holes due to guest dragging them, so this was not the fault of the host.
We had one person with some slight mobility difficulties and getting in the house was difficult as steps can't be avoided and the few steps to the front porch don't have a railing to help. The distance and steepness to the lake also prevented them from getting to the lake. Just mentioning for those who may have similar issues.
The host was VERY fast and kind in responding to questions and inquiries!
Overall, we would definitely recommend!

This property is so perfect for our family. The house is so spacious and comfortable! It is always very clean! The location is awesome as it is close to the water and the cove is a nice quiet cove to swim , fish and kayak. We have made many beautiful memories at this wonderful vacation house! The property owner is always very kind and helpful.

We enjoyed our weekend family getaway at this roomy secluded lake house. The lake wasn’t visible due to the dense trees in the wooded area on that side of the house, but a trek down the hill took us to a small gravel lakeside (beach?) that has some good sized boulders placed for seating. A couple of us waded out into the lake a few feet but otherwise we just enjoyed the view. The road and driveway to the house are crude rock pathways but easily navigable. Beds are nothing special but comfortable. The interior of the home is super clean. Good modern appliances but the overarching look is 1980’s style. Plenty of furniture, closet space, lighting, and electrical outlets. Refrigerator is huge and kitchen is well equipped for stovetop, oven, microwave cooking, along with a gas grill outside, including utensils and cookware. Kitchen sinks, especially the faucets are due for an upgrade. HVAC is tricky to balance the temps. Our room was an arctic whirlwind while the main open area of the house raised to 75° while we were running the dryer. Property manager communicated well and was awesome!

Four Seniors stayed for a week. Had a wonderful time. We loved having our own bedrooms and bathrooms. Sat on the front porch in the mornings. Enjoyed the back patio in the afternoon and evening. Plenty of space. Every thing we needed was available in the kitchen. We cooked breakfast every morning and had either lunch, dinner or snacks for our other meals. Small grocery store was near by and had everything we needed. Even closer was a Dollar General. Short drive into Eureka Springs with plenty of shopping and restaurants. Hopefully we will be returning sooner rather than later.

OVERALL IT WAS A GOOD TRIP. BETTER THAN OTHERS WE HAVE BEEN TO. BUT NOT THE BEST WE HAVE BEEN TO.
Vents and other locations had a lot of dust/dirt that just needs wiping down.
The TV in the master bedroom was the oldest in the house and had a hard time getting it to work.
The picture of the beach/boat parking we could not find or determine where it was at.
Did not have a Slow cooker but we went and purchased one.
Just a few little things that had added up. On a good note we did not have any issues with the internet at all. We did not use it much but when we did we had no issues at all. Slow but so are we.
Drive was great and plenty of parking. Fishing was fun the little amount we did. The area has a lot to offer and a lot of things to do and see.

This was a very roomy and well-designed house for a three generational family getaway. It’s on a small inlet from the lake so very quiet and private, all while still having open access to the lake. The host was very quick to respond to any messages. It had at least the basic kitchen tools/appliances. Eureka Springs is only about 18 minutes south and is a fun place to check out. Branson’s about an hour away. We would definitely consider staying here again

We have stayed here before with a different group and it always can accommodate different ages. This time it was adults and 3 children ages 2,5,7. They do have a spiral staircase to the basement but the 2 year old did fine with it. There is an outside entrance to the basement from the patio. Lots of family gathering space for meals and games. We kept our boat at Eagle Rock Marina 5 minutes away. Went to Eureka Springs 20 minutes away. Quick grocery run to Dollar General or Holiday Island. The kids loved the kayaks.

This was a great lake house for our family reunion. We enjoyed swimming in the lake and having the lily pad and kayaking. The house is spacious enough for us to spread out. We enjoyed having the 2 kitchens and the main kitchen is wonderful. The A/C is quirky so there were times when we were warm and one room very cold . Hosts are wonderful and responded quickly to all questions and even came to repair a broken door handle. This is a great place!! We had a wonderful time!!

We had a great time! Loved the cove and the spacious house! We had a problem with the AC not working, however the host responded very quickly and got it fixed. We also appreciate the host having wasp spray available. It was very nice to have on hand. We enjoyed the kayaks and the easy walk to the water and all around beautiful and private location. This is the perfect house and location for our family!!!! We are lake people and enjoy boating, kayaking, swimming and fishing!!! This location is beautiful and we love the quiet cove! The house is so pretty and comfortable. It is very spacious!! It is stocked with everything we could possibly need. The property owner is so helpful and friendly!!! We had a wonderful vacation due to this amazing place!!! Beautiful memories made!!!!

We have been traveling to Table Rock lake area with our family every summer for the past 13 years and this house was amazing. We had 9 people with us and had more than enough room for everyone to spread out and have there own space. This house has so much space it’s incredible. Each couple having there own bathroom was a big plus in itself. We loved sitting on the deck in the evening while the kids enjoyed the fire pit, we even saw a family of deer one morning sitting out there right in the back yard area. We all enjoyed being able to walk right down to the water and go swimming every afternoon, the lily pad is a nice extra perk as well. A few of the adult kids took the kayaks out a few times and really enjoyed that as well. So many extras with this house it was amazing. Everything Is in relative close distance, the boys took the boat out and were able to do some fishing on Beaver Lake, Lake Taneycomo as well as Table Rock. The girls took the 45-50 minute drive in to Branson to do some shopping as well as some shopping in Eureka Springs. The whole process of checking in as well as checking out was a breeze. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank You so much for sharing your home with us!!

Perfect get away for the family. We had plenty of room to eat together, play games, read books, kayak, fish, swim, play corn hole, watch a movie & hang out by the camp fire! We had plenty of room for all our college students to put up thier hammicks and rest & read. We will be back!!!

My only complaint, if you could call it a complaint, is the weird way the heat/air unit is hooked up. Not how it’s hooked up, but which bedrooms would be cold while others hot. Had we known this ahead of time we would have made different sleeping arrangements, like, you sleep here if you like the temperatures colder while sleeping and hear if you like it warm. Instead we had some freezing while others sweating. Other than that it was a great stay! It is a very private and beautiful place. The property manager was very prompt in getting back to me when I had questions.

Overall had a good stay. The property is very clean and the host is very communicative. The spiral staircase in the photos is the ONLY indoor access to the downstairs bedrooms and was a safety issue for our toddlers. The staircase is challenging to bring luggage down, etc so this property isn't ideal for young families. Access to the lake was nice. Note that the road to the property is an unpaved narrow road. Would rent again with a party of all adults or older kids.

There were 5 of us on this trip, everyone felt the property was over and above what we thought it would be! We are hoping to return and use the lake next time. The house was big enough for each of us to have our privacy but yet cozy enough to just sit and visit!

This is our second time renting this spacious vacation home. It is a well maintained and comfortable space for four couples or an entire family. Located on a cove on Table rock lake floating in the water, kayaking, and an outdoor fire pit add to the positive memories this place provides. There are issues with the WiFi that often did not work on cloudy days making remote work or screen time very difficult. The light switches are a bit mysterious and quirky. In spit of these issues, we look forward to returning in the near future. Excellent space.

The property was really nice the house was everything we expected. The issues were the internet was almost non-existent. Access to the house down the long driveway of heavy gravel made it impossible for motorcycles. The house set up away from the lake a lot further than the pictures made it look. This made the option of kayaking difficult.

There were twelve of us ranging in age from 2 to 64 . This house was perfect for our family. It's huge! Plenty of room to spread out, but also plenty of room for games and eating together. We enjoyed the lake every day, and the kayaks and lily pad were great fun. Branson and Eureka Springs are close, and also Roaring River State Park, which is a beautiful place. The house is very unique, and beautiful. Well stocked, and the kids loved the family room downstairs where they all slept together on the big sectional couches. We enjoyed morning coffee and evening drinks on the decks. One thing to remember, bring shampoo and bath soap. They were about the only things not provided. When they say it's at the end of the road, they mean it, but it's so worth the drive. We loved it and would stay again.

We had a wonderful time!! Plenty of room for everyone. We had 2 families. I loved that it was in the back of the cove. Definitely need water shoes. Lots of rocks to walk on when getting in the water. Had no trouble anchoring our boat in the cove. Had a problem with one of the dishwashers, was notified about it before we got there, owners had it fixed by the next day. Communication was very good. Perfect Place for Family Gathering on Table Rock
We were more than pleased with our decision to stay here! My family (self and 3 kids ages 8, 11, & 13 + my brother and his girlfriend + my parents) had the perfect amount of space. The kitchen is huge and very well stocked. The beds were extremely comfortable. My kids enjoyed the kayaks and lily pad. During our stay, I texted the owners with a few questions and they always got back very quickly. Just a couple of things future renters might want to know…. there is almost no AT&T signal. We were able to get one bar on the front porch. Also the WiFi is very inconsistent. Sometimes it worked well but other times it was incredibly slow. Due to the location of the home, Internet options are limited and spotty service is unfortunately normal for homes off the beaten path. I share this in case anyone is hoping to work from this location. But in all honesty we enjoyed disconnecting from our devices and having good quality family time. I definitely recommend this amazing home!

Plenty of space
We enjoyed this house. Plenty of space for cooking, eating, then playing games in the evenings. It has a bathroom for each bedroom plus a half bath on main level. We all were able to walk to and from the cove fairly easily. It has a rock ledge close up to shore, then gets deeper. We were able to pick up family members with our boat. The marina is about 5 minutes from the house by car which is where we kept our boat. Eureka Springs is about 20 minutes away for a fun day of shopping. Golf courses at Holiday Island (10 min) and Cassville (20 min).

Wonderful getaway!
Our family truly enjoyed this beautiful property on Table Rock lake! The house was so spacious and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable! The house was well stocked bedsides towels. With our big group we needed more towels. Otherwise, we had everything we needed. We loved walking through the beautiful trees down to the water. We felt like we had the cove to ourselves. It was such a peaceful, quiet cove. Many wonderful memories were made at this amazing property. We will definitely rent it again!

Amazing little piece of paradise!
We loved this property. One will come back to. It is very private and peaceful. The home is lovely with plenty of room. Well maintained. The access to the lake is great. Nice private cove. Nice beach area. Gradual walk out into the lake. The owners were very prompt in responding to questions. We had an issue with the pressure tank for water and they quickly responded and fixed the issue. Can't say enough good about this property !
