Bring your dog and enjoy the parks directly beside and behind this property. The loft is located directly across from the River Place shopping district. Walk to everything!! Year round festivals and activities make this the perfect vacation location. Enjoy the Worlds Largest Christmas store and our World Famous Chicken Dinners from Main St. This loft comes with everything you could possibly need, including coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, oven, shower and tub, air conditioning, 2 porches, green space, 2 TV's, Wi-Fi, and so much more. The first bedroom has both a queen bed and twin bed with plenty of room for an air mattress if needed. The second bedroom has a queen bed, sitting area, and private balcony overlooking main street. There is a second balcony off the back of the loft to enjoy your morning coffee or relax with a glass of wine. There is also a washer and dryer for your convenience. Bring the whole family and enjoy a beautiful city in a beautiful loft!! There are 2 attached Main St. parking spots provided! Please note that this is a second floor property with no handicap access. One small well behaved dog will be considered for an additional fee. There is no handicapped access.

We had limited family time together this holiday season so we planned a two-day, one-night trip to Frankenmuth. We were thrilled with our decision to stay at this VRBO as opposed to one of the chain hotels in the area. The rental was cozy, convenient, extremely clean (a must for us!), and decorated beautifully for Christmas. Quite a gem and perfect for families! Also, our host was responsive and very accommodating!

The location was not overstated in the listing. We did not need to move the car (other than a run to Bronner’s) after we arrived. EVERYTHING else was walking distance. The place was spotlessly clean and very cozy. Would recommend.

We were looking to stay in a home-like environment rather than a hotel-type and this property delivered. The layout and amenities were perfect for our needs. The kitchen was outfitted completely and we were able to eat in comfortably on a number of occasions. The central location allowed easy access to neighborhood shopping. Decor was nicely thought out. Parking was convenient and felt safe at all hours. We would definitely return to this very pleasant property when we return to Frankenmuth.

Great communication from the owner prior to our stay. Love that the condo is dog friendly and there’s a neighborhood to walk our dog in. Shopping, dining and spa all within walking distance. Comfortable condo too!! Highly recommended!!

What a wonderful place to stay! You will be impressed by how beautiful, clean, and quiet this loft is! The beds and sheets are so comfy! We explored the town of Frankenmuth with the fantastic location of this place. We walked the Main Street loop easily with the River Place shops dropping us off at the front door. It was close enough to go back and rest, as well as make a short drive to the Waterpark & Bronner's with our kids.

My wife and I stayed here for Octoberfest. The city is always always entirely sold out and everyone charges a premium, but the price here was not outrageous for a very nice two bedroom, perfect for a group of 3 or 4 to split. Place was very clean and comfortable.

Beautiful apartment meticulously cleaned and decorated. It has everything you need for a cozy stay, to include a washer, dryer, and a Keurig coffee maker. The flight of stairs can be challenging, but the remedy is to travel light so extra baggage is not a problem. We love this place!

We arrived early which wasn't a problem, but when we got there, we realized the place hadn't been cleaned from the last guests (although it was still pretty clean). I called host right away and they fixed the problem quickly and so kindly. The location is awesome! So close to everything, we were able to walk to mostly everything. Not very quiet with traffic right outside the room, but it's worth it. We hope to stay again for our yearly visit to Frankenmuth.

The property was almost completely as advertised. It is a wonderful loft space and very true to the online photos, perfect for two couples. For me, I would say that the street noise in the bedroom on the main street side of the property is quite noticeable. I'm a sound sleeper so once I got to sleep it wasn't a problem, but this could be an issue for others if street noise bothers your sleep. I would definitely return to the property if I was back in Frankenmuth again.

The rental was nicely furnished, clean and stocked with everything we needed. Conveniently located on Main Street across from the River Place shops. The only minor issue I had was the furnace is behind a closet door in one of the bedrooms. It was a bit noisy but earplugs took care of that. I would highly recommend this rental and would stay again!
