Overal it was a good value

A bit dissapointed

The apartment was clean and neat and tidy, plenty of towels

We arrived at the time we had agreed,no one there to meet us with the keys,spent at least an hour outside ringing ,emailing,text owner to try and get them to come and let us in to no avail,after going up to the front door for the sixth time I heard someone other side of the wall and called out to them and asked if she knew the owners,I was taken aback when she said I am I will get the Keys! we had been there over an hour and half standing on the street outside she knew we were due to arrive never came out and never answered her phone.We then discovered although the booking said "whole house" it was in fact the top floor of the house and the owner lived on the ground floor, had the booking description been accurate we would never have booked it as we had 3 small dogs ( thumbs up for allowing pets) there was no secure space to be able to let them out, there was a patio bit but the access was out the front door along the balcony down a steep flight of stairs,I went down there once as it had table and chairs but it was absolutely filthy so would not use it.They did provide bikes which was a great idea,but it was pity they didnt provide a kettle in the kitchen so had to boil water in a jug in the micro wave, the light in the kitchen didnt work properly and neither did the one in the bathroom kept leaving you in complete darkness.I am sure that for some people this property would be fine,but not for us with dogs ( my fault I should have with the owners that where it said "entire house" that that is what it was and not an apartment) Was a good location.

A lovely comfortable place to stay with great facilities for a couple or family of four. The owners were also friendly helpful people even though we arrived 2 hours early ,they went out of their way to show us around.

Nice, quiet, very clean and cozy place

The place was meticulously clean as we arrived. The kitchen is fully equipped, there’s free WiFi all over the place, the terrasse is big and has a barbecue station. We ate breakfast and dinner there almost everyday just enjoying the calm. The apartment is very quiet but in a 2 minute walking distance from the main street of Manta Rota (with nice restaurants, supermarket etc) and about five walling minutes to the beach. The owner is incredibly friendly, he even had bicycles and coffee for us and couldn’t have been more open and helpful. Everything went perfectly for day one. I stayed there for a week with my kids and it was just great. I would definitely recommend it!

Provided us with a perfect base for a short break.

Nice outdoor area to sunbathe. Very good internet. Apartment was well equipped. Good location about 15 minute walk from beach. Parking was easy directly outside.

Did not like to have to pay extra for towels and bed sheets. One or two items need replacing inside and outside of the apartment.
