Passable

The room was pretty spacious with good light. Also, there was AC which is a must during summer.

The bed sheets were not very clean, the bathroom was quite rusty and old, there was hardly ever anyone at reception, only one key available.

Really nice hotel. With some minor tweaks it could turn out exceptional.

Location, safety measures, value, cleanliness.

Getting in touch with personnel is between nightmare and impossible. Wi-Fi was down.

The location is great, everything is near. We went in Varna during holidays in Bulgaria, so we're quite surprised for the paid parking for 20Lev in the property, and it's everything supposed to be free at the day, but anyway we found a parking space for free just right next block on the hostel. The property is small but very convenient area, I guess they just need to do some renovations inside the room.

Not happy!

The location was the only good thing! Oh, and the WiFi! Nothing else!

The room could have been a lot better! I asked for a room with a bedroom, but I was given a room with twin beds! The TV was not at all flat as it was noted in the offer and it wasn't working! The air conditioning was not working! The bathroom was in a really poor condition with leaking shower head, not clean enough and a bit left out! I don't think that the price should be dependent on the level of cleanliness and vice versa! I am sure that when someone hears a family hotel, they think of small cozy place, where you would be very welcomed, but in reality very far away from coziness and welcoming!

Nice room, nice location, clean and comfy!

Lack of parking, even payable was difficult to find!

Very good

Very good location, close to the sea side and not so noisy although it is in the centre of the city. The beds were comfortable. The room was cosy.

I did not like the sheets. I would have preferred if they we're cotton and white. There was just a little mould in the bathroom.

The location was excellent regarding the places l wanted to visit. There was no staff but they were helpful via phone.

The property was dated and bathroom not great. Mirror was damaged and shower poor but it was cheap and served it's purpose. Wouldn't rule it out in future. It was a lads night out so only needed place to sleep.

Great location! Very close to the central entry of the Sea Gardens and the beach.

It was all very old and unloved inside.

Although maybe pricey, it is a fantastic place and it is absolutely worth it.

The staff were more than accommodating. They made my stay hassle and worry free.

I think the easy addition of shower curtains would be a great contribution

Overall room was what i needed it had table for my comfortable work and etc. General i liked if not issues with consteuction works.

I didnt like that on second day guy (worker) without nocking just came inside my room . Good i was not naked or something else. And he didnt close door right after he started talking with other people about something about my room thats not okay. After that i tryied to sleep day time , they started to do noise construction work in fuaee.

Top location, big room ,big bed, friendly hosts.

There was a noise and music in the evening hours coming from other room and it disturbed us. The bed is big but do some noise when you turn yourself.
