value for money, clean, it's my 2nd time staying here!

this hotel is one of the most value-for-money in the Beitou region. It is also very clean and the beds are sooo comfy

the check-in is strictly after 4pm if not you will need to pay extra. Also, it is quite far from the main part of town but they do provide a pick-up and drop-off which is very nice (just need to wait like 5mins) and call them when you need it

It was total rip off.

A/C was not working. It is always very cold no matter what temperature I set. Electrical lighting systems are so unorganized. The coffee machine was totally no good. According to web site, it is a hot spring but I do not see any real hot spring is coming out of the faucet. It is only hot water. I have been to many hot springs but this place is very suspicious and not sure whether they are really feeding hot spring water to the hotel or not. Breakfast was total disaster. For example, tomato juice was nothing but it has color. It has tomato taste. Coffee was just water like. This hotel should not be in business!

I liked nothing! It was total rip off. Person who gave us a ride to train station was very dangerous driver. I almost got hart attach. She was driving the car so fart on very narrow road.

regenerating and chilling after a few days walking and sightseeing in Taipei.

Super chilling stay (visited during winter). room is clean and the hot spring tub is big and clean. really enjoyed the hot spring after a few days walking around Taipei.

The doors/grails could use some fixing cause it’s making loud noises when you slide open it. not something major but need to fix. and we visited during winter time the hot mattress control kinda pointing out and if you are not careful you will knock into it.

Everything is good, comfortable with decent room size. Breakfast choose have both eastern and Taiwanese style. Hot spring quality is good

Great stay for 1 night.

I liked the room with a outdoor patio and private hot spring.

The bathroom felt old and dark. They should remodel these.

Perfect Retreat

Beautiful location and room. The total spa experience in the suite was fantastic and relaxing and the staff was so accommodating that the stay was a true joy.

Superb

Huge, very comfy bed. Breakfast was surprisingly complete, and the surroundings are very quiet. Sauna and hammam in the room made for a complete weekend get-away.

Noise from nearby rooms noted by other travellers comes through the doors, not the walls: these are which need to be updated.

Best hotel in Xinbeitou!

Clean , lovely staff, delicious food, they help me to celebrate one of my best friends bday just by putting balloons and a beautiful cardboard, I’m beyond satisfied with Hotel Double One!

Sadly Covid-19 we couldn’t explore more.

it's a nice hotel that will meet your expectation with the fair price

the facilities in the hotel are quite good. the showering area is clean and neat. there's a japanese style bath tub with hot spring, hot and cold water switch. The size of the room and bed are big.

there is no separation between the bath tub and bed area. Consequently, you can hear loud and clear sound of releasing water into the bath tub while you watch TV. there's a weird sound coming from the basement balcony. i believe it is something to do with the water flowing in the pipe, which woke me up intermittently at night.
