muy cómoda y amplia la habitación. todo estaba muy limpio. Está muy bien ubicado, junto está Chedraui y a dos pasos está Plaza Galerías.

Está bien ubicado a un lado del centro de convenciones siglo XXI Y a 13 minutos de centro internacional de congresos de Yucatán

Muy básico No tienen cafetera, plancha, botellas de agua, crema para el cuerpo. Una botellita de shampoo y una pastilla de jabón.

Estuve muy a gusto , fue breve mi estancia pero muy confortable , con gusto regresaría.

La cama muy confortable , cuenta con cocineta, refrigerador , horno de microondas y una pequeña estufa electrica, se me hizo súper cómodo todo

Excelente relación precio - calidad

Excelente ubicación, excelente atención y la habitación con el tamaño ideal, las comodidades qué se esperan, todos los servicios funcionaron super bien. La cama muy cómoda, el baño limpio. Super silencioso para descansar. Para mi super importante estacionamiento grande para camionetas de buen tamaño.

La amplitud de la habitacion

Que toda la noche estuvo oliendo como si algo se quemará sobre todo en el baño,.terrible el olor no pudimos dormir, avisamos a recepción, nos dijeron que iban a revisar y no volvimos a saber nada,.el olor continuo. Lamentable

The only mirror is a small one in the bathroom by the basin where there's dim lighting, so it's challenging when I'm doing my hair, makeup, and getting dressed.

Very well located. The room has a good space and the beds also good. The staff are very kindly.

I don’t like the cleaning policy. Also I found some hairs in the bed and at in the bathroom where comes from old guest, then this has triggered a question on my mind … do they replace the pillow covers and sheet?

Try not to be so stingy with the cleaning of the rooms are you serious only once a week and if you wanted everyday it will cost you extra !!

Great night, but surprise to be without water.

I would have liked breakfast but I was told they don't have a restaurant. The place was very good. I only stayed for one night but it would have been good to stay for more days since it had a kind of kitchen in it. Big standing refrigerator and a big microwave.

Each Hotel Room should have at least one bottle of water per person in it. But there was no drinking water. I had to bring in the water.

Comfortable, but so much unfulfilled potential. They clearly prefer money to customer satisfaction.

Kitchenette with hobs, microwave and fridge, BUT see the What didn't you like section. Huge supermarket 100m away. Air conditioning. Large room. Good shower. Wardrobe and drawers. Comfortable bed. High quality furniture throughout. Plenty of electrical sockets. Bath mat provided.

Not cheap. Shower screen didn't stop water from splashing onto bathroom floor. No shower gel provided... it's strange... they provide shoe polish, but not shower gel. No kitchen cutlery or crockery, pots or pans provided, rendering the kitchenette useless... it could be optionally provided for an additional cost. I bought a takeaway one night and asked the staff if I could have a plate, or any type of container, that I could use to reheat it, and they said no, I had to pay for the whole package of items that I had no use for. Unbelievably poor service! The fridge was so loud that I could hear it even with ear plugs in. Not able to connect to WiFi on a few occasions. The front desk told me it was my phone, even though I had connected to the WiFi in Domino's Pizza, Macdonald's and Guadalajara airport that same day without problem. Also, another hotel guest came to complain about not being able to connect at the same time. And in the following morning, my phone just connected without changing any configuration. It seems that their router doesn't have enough capacity for all their guests. This happened a few times over my two night stay. No bedside light. The main light was very bright. Very noisy guests until late.
