A good hotel but there is nothing to do in the area and no sense of security.

The bathroom was particularly good.

There is nothing to experience when you walk outside. In some streets you have to watch where you are going and give the impression that you are not safe. Further towards the center a lot of security and police.

The reception staff were very good but the hotel was beyond poor and not fit for modern day travelle

The reception staff who were helpful for taxis and some local info

To provide proper breakfast and have swimming pool for use of guests without having to buy lousy food from a so called reaustrant which is not one the shower pressure was poor. The swimming pool was not clean Breakfast was cold box of bought in food rice and chicken delivered to the room between 6 and 7 am Nodrink or tea coffee etc this not acceptable Avoid this hotel

Not recommended. Bandung has many good hotels

Nothing I like, can't really think of anything.

Old pillows, old bedsheet, low water pressure. Slow internet. Everything is wrong with this hotel. Low value for the money. Low general cleanliness. One of the dirtier that I've stayed in Indonesia

For a simple passing through or fast overnight it will do.

Nothing that really satisfied to be honest. It was all just ok.

You have to pay extra to make use of the pool, ridiculous. For the same money i book it somewhere else with a pool. Crowded street at the hotel.

Not clean

Workers were friendly and nice

It wasn't clean at all. Bathroom and the sink not clean. No tissues, no soap nor shampoo. Towels were old that can't be washed again. I had to pay for the kettle, I've never seen this in a hotel paying for kettle. The non smoking rooms are horrible no windows better you take a smoking room one with a window even though u don't smoke.

Frankly nothing to like about this hotel

This is the worst hotel i had stayed and i truly don't recommend it to anyone. The water pressure is so low that i could hardly shower and there is no heated water the next day. Staff will not entertain us when we request for another key card as this is their hotel policy. There are no body shampoo available but in sachets packs ONLY if you ask for it. Wifi speed is so slow that it is as good as not having any wifi. We order breakfast with our room stay and the breakfast is serve cold and NO beverage /coffee provided as this is hotel policy again.

Very disappointing place and pool can only be used if you pay extra....

Only the location, close to the train station.

The room and bathroom were not clean at all, shower hardly worked and didn't have warm water. Also there was no toiletpaper and you had to pay extra to make use of the pool...... This should have been mentioned online already.

friendly staff, room size ok.

noisy, bathroom needs deep cleaning, bed sheets dirty, booked breakfast was a cold rice lunchbox, no beverages, not even water, we had to cook our own coffee and they charged us extra for the kettle.

Worst hotel in all my stay in Indonesia. I had booked a family room, but upon arrival, having paid, I received a twin. As a result, a large family had to spend the night in two small beds. Staff refused to solve the problem and suggested contacting the aggregator. My second room was without a window. The shower is leaking, the air conditioner is cracking. Don't even try to stay in this hotel and in the any other Reddorz, because in the Philippines I had the same problems with them!

Hotel in the middle of town

The room and bathroom much clean, really love it

The hotel is in the middle of town, at night is very disturbed by the sound of vehicles and we does not get breakfast at all

First time for me to found Hotel have price list for all facility in the room and they force me to sign it or not allow to stay And I found in Booking the evaluation for this hotel was four-star but it's realu not more then 2 Star ... really very bad hotel

Large size room but dissapointing

Room size

No internet connection, the staff asked me to open room door in order to get connected. Extra pillow being charged daily. Washroom floor not clean, stain.
