WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

THE DESCRIPTION AND PHOTOS ARE MISLEADING. TENTS ARE RIPPED. NO HOT WATER. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. PLEASE READ GOOGLE'S REVIEW. THE BOOKING.COM REVIEWS ARE FAKE. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

Wonderful experience

The Ozaki Desert Camp is fantastic.the staff very supportive and excellent.food is pure Rajasthani and authentic.just love the experience.they have very supportive staff and they ensure you have a very comfortable stay.wold love to come here again.the experience of star gazing and Jeep safari is splendid

Luxury desert camp

One of the best resorts I have stayed in. Food quality is amazing. You will get a chance to enjoy the cultural event as well. Tents are well maintained. You can ask for camel ride and jeep ride as well. Electric heater is there in the room so you will get hot water whenever you want. All the staff here is very friendly and helpful This place is worth the price. Note: Please do contact the owner for these rides, you will get it done in VERY VERY cheap price. Dont even look for other camp's rides.

Lifetime Experience

Owners and employees are very helpful and they cordinate with you nicely. The jeep safari and the camel ride was life time experience. Artists who performed are very talented and always smiling and full of energy. Would love to visit again for their beautiful service. Ozaki resort is a must stay in Jaisalmer.

Amazing Hospitality

beautiful place in the middle ot the desert.when visiting Jaisalmer remember to book a tent with ozaki .The place offers goor food with great hospitality.you can go dune bashing,atv ride camel ride and many more activities arranged by camp .the staff is very helpful.we truly enjoyed our stay with them.

it's i think the nearest camp of sam dunes..the staff was were polite and helpful.loved the ambience and the had amazing food!!.i had a pleasant time there.if you are going to sam sand dunes, definitely consider going here.

Horrible experience at ozaki camp

Liked the cultural program

We had to pay additionally for the cultural program and snacks and they demanded dinner fees too. During booking nothing was mentioned like that, so either website is not at its full disclosure or the property holder did the mischief. Apart from that the property services were not at per.

Beware place is full of scamming

To start off we booked the Osaki dessert camp in booking.com before arriving. Once we arrived to jaisalmer we were taken to another one of their hotel in the city. When requested about their packages we were told the below : Pick up and drop by cab - Rs 2000 /- Private jeep (30km) & camel ride - Rs 1250/- pp ATV ride ( 20 mins) - Rs 1600/- pp Dinner - Rs350 /-pp Folk dance - Rs450/- pp Room - Rs 1600/- x 3 pp Once we came here the rooms were dirty and bed sheets were muddy with spots and pillow cases were not washed. We had to go to the reception and ask them to remove everything and put new bed linen. It was not a good impression when we entered the room. And when we came back they haven’t even put new pillow cases and just kept it without any cover. We have to put our own clothes on top and sleep. No towels were given have to keep on requesting for the smallest thing. Next thing it’s a standard to have a bottle of water in the room. When requested for water they told “ if we want complimentary water, we can drink from the tap”. In a rude way which is not acceptable at all. We were promised the above package with all that and more and first jeep ride was not 30km at all. Second for the ATV we were told 20 mins but he just toook us like 10 mins and told it’s finish. When we were asking about it he was being fussy so we let it go. The camel ride we were promised individual rides but they gave us sharing rides. There was no crowd and just 2 people for the folk dance and it was not how they told us it will be. Also we were charged Rs 450pp whereas other groups it was complimentary when asked about it. Which is unfair as we were unnecessarily charged. Dinner was okay and breakfast was not good at all. Just gave us 3 adults - 6 pieces of bread and dhal curry and jam. So like 2 pieces of bread per person. We had to go and ask couple times for more bread or atleast roti to get some. Keep in mind that there is no shop or market anywhere.

Nice

We were 6 friends on a 2 day Jaisalmer impromptu trip. We booked 1 night in luxury tent and 1 night stargazing under open sky (and tents). The arrangements, flexibility and hospitality shown by and his entire team was exemplary. The experience of sleeping under 1000s of stars will stay will stay with us for a long time. A must-do if you have an adventurous streak in you.

Rooms were clean, we had hot water. Staff always looking for your confort.
