Great location & apartment

The apartment and location is great - just a few minutes walk to the beach. It was quite and check-in and check-out was easy and comfortable. Communication with the host was good.

I wouldn't expect $1000 AUD deposit if I am doing booking through booking.com It wasn't written on the website, it was just an additional task. Everything went smooth and we got our deposit back, but this should not be part of booking.com, but perhaps AirBnb

great spot but could have been better if able to open windows and really on good clean prior to rental

it was close great outdoor area great views- a nice place to stay

I contacted the real estate handling property that we could not open the windows as the they were locked- promised someone would assist but nothing - it was very warm inside ! not happy ! if other people in same boat probably would have used air conditioner flat out! the outside area was full of dried leaves and stuff! no outside broom to clean up. - glasses had remains of food left on - appears not checked by cleaners. dead spiders in toilet and rooms

We would have liked wifi at the house. All of the visitors were from OS with no data access and so no wifi was a shame

Great coastal stay

Great location Outdoor area was excellent Comfortable beds Kitchen had all the utensils that you required Nice decor Tried to hotspot the tele. Some info to do that would be great

Couldn't unlock the windows A few cockroaches dead and alive Light issue with the main bedroom fan. Kept on turning on in the night Power point in kitchen loose from wall

Pretty good.

The key pick up was a little odd. We were told to pick the keys up from the Gerringong office, but on our way, we received an email saying the keys were at site. Not a bigger, but I wouldn't want to come the other way (from Sydney etc) and have this confusion.

Nice place beach and coastal walk was very close.

The location was lovely and quiet, local shops and restaurants were close by and the Kiama CBD was withing nice walking distance. We were fit enough to walk along the very steep slopes to restaurants and climb the number of stairs into the apartment.

I did not cook any meals, but a pot I saw in the cabinet looked really worn out. There was room for fine-tuning the cleaning, e.g. the window frame was really dusty and dirty. A dustpan and food items on the same shelf in the pantry is not according to my hygiene standard. The information to pick up the keys was confusing instructions to pick up and drop in the real estate agent at Gerrigon and when I arrived there I was told that the key is in Kiama, online check-in link did not work.
