We had a great stay and would happily visit again

We loved the location, the view and the amenities. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms made it easy to share and the view was spectacular

Queenstown was a bit of a mess while we were there with nearby streets closed because of roadwork, so walking around wasn't as easy as it would have been.

Great location and a wonderful view from lounge

All rooms have ensuite bathroom and separate toilet by kitchen is very useful.

One of double couch(grey one) is very uncomfortable to sit on.

Extraordinary views! Excellent floorplan for a large group

The location was excellent, walking distance to shops, restaurants and cafes and walking tracks. The hill was steep so if you didn't feel like walking it you could just jump in any Queenstown Taxi cab for $9-$10 cab fee and only took 2 minutes from town to apartment. The 3 levels are perfect for a large group. We had 4 couples and we all had a bathroom and the top level is the kitchen, lounge and extra WC. The views are extraordinary and the snow on the nearby mountains were so beautiful. The apartment was always WARM. I would definitely book again.

The only thing we didn't like was the walk home from town. Going into town was down hill but coming home was pretty harsh. There was roadworks so we had to go the long way around and the hill was much steeper than the normal route to town.

Aside the need for maintenance the location is good. A bit of a walk up the hill but central.

Location, view and room count are good.

Property is tired, kitchen needs replacing - cabinets are water damaged and some draws don’t open. Kitchen utensils are missing or broken. On a hot day in Queenstown summer it’s too hot to be in the living areas until 10pm at night - needs an air conditioner on the top floor. Made worse as the curtain is missing in the living room so you can’t stop the sun. House rules say no shoes but the carpet is well past it’s useful life and needs to be replaced.

Winter getaway

Views were lovely. It was warm and cosy once we worked the heating out.

The walk to and from town was very steep (hence the beautiful views). Car didn't fit in the garage so it had to leave it outside.

a little attention to detail could make this place so much better

awesome view, plenty of living space for a big group

garage/park not suitable for large vehicles. bedroom heaters were very noisy. House was rather lacking in some basic frills, no soap or shampoo in showers, no dish cloths in kitchen.
