Overpriced

That the property was clean and the staff were nice. Tesco across the road and a restaurant downstairs.

#double bed very small # Matrice was horrific (spring). You could feel the base of the bed the matrice was that bad. I woke up with trapped nerves and backache. #My laptop at home is bigger than the tele # creaky floorboards #Noise from traffic so bad= bad sleep. # Parking was limited due to the restaurant. #not much to do in the surrounding area. #no breakfast option

Lovely one night stay.

Location was perfect for my visit. Checking in was easy and the staff very helpful. Room was very clean and the bed was large and comfortable with plenty of power sockets near to it. Bathroom very clean and well stocked.

Very pleasant stay

Very spacious, immaculately clean room with a large double bed which was extremely comfortable. Great size bathroom with plenty of hot water. Nice and quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep. Easy check-in and a warm welcome. Ample parking and handy location. Great value for money.

Nothing, everything was perfect for my needs and exactly as advertised.

I very seldom review any where I stay but in this case I felt people should know about this place...

Towels and bed linen were spotless.

No reception, no hangers in wardrobe and when we asked for hangers, 3 were provided, one wire and two plastic, only one suitable to hang trousers. Floor and bed very creaky, terrible smell in entrance hall (damp) but tried to be disguised with diffuser which made it worse. Main door to entrance was covered with steel , not what you would expect going into any accommodation....The rooms are over the restaurant which are accessed at the side of the restaurant and not very welcoming ..Room was not serviced during our stay, I would not stay here again, very disappointing

Small amount of rooms meant it was fairly peaceful through the nights.

Carpark is too small to handle both dining and hotel guests, 2 of the 3 nights we had to park down the road and walk back with bags etc. Room was much smaller than advertised, it was barely bigger than the bed which made it hard to move around.

Beds need changing urgently, ruined our stay as felt exhausted the next day through lack of sleep.

Good shower.

The beds were super uncomfortable, two single beds very narrow, could feel springs through mattress. Terrible nights sleep 😴

Decent place for one night only.

Location was great only 15-20 minute to the seafront. The check in and check was really quick and no fuss at all. Shower was hot.

Bed was very uncomfortable and the room could have been a bit more we'll presented as the walls had marks and scuffs plus a few cob webs. We also got woken up about during the night from people leaving to go through to the car park but that can happen if your staying above a restaurant and late night bar.

Toilet was very close to wall hard to sit on sounds embarrassing but true. Tv in room was very tiny and no breakfast option for price was quite expensive

Exceptional

I really liked it here. Very clean, very cosy , lovely bathroom and just a really nice place. But didn’t like the tea or coffee. But that’s nothing to worry about .

Good place for our visit

The Fino Rooms was a nice place to stay and quite convenient for us as family lived nearby where we were visiting. It has a private entrance so you don't have to go through the restaurant. There is a handy Tesco across the road & a pub a few yards away. Large Bath with lots of hot water.

Not a good stock of teabags for our 3 day stop even though they said you could go ask at the restaurant if you needed anything. Not very soundproof so we could hear other guests getting up during the night and early in the morning and someone playing loud music outside at about 2am. Room took a good while to warm up as it was cold when we arrived and bathroom towel rail wasn't enough to warm the bathroom up

The restaurant was fabulous, food amazing but accommodation was well below standard and dirty

cheap basic rooms mattresses poor quality with plastic protector on. cheap bedding and pillows poor quality bedding and linen passed it’s sell by date first room bathroom shower absolutely filthy and staff could hardly apologise one member of staff was very cold and needs to work on customer service

The area was nice and over lovely little place to stay

The noise from the people in the other room having sex and the fire alarm going off and waiting in the rain with no update . Most people did not even leave there rooms. The bath tub was broken so could only have a shallow bath

Room was advertised, staff were friendly and bathroom looked brand new.

Could hear out into the corridors and little table needed wiping down when we got there.

A nice comfortable stay in a good spot for Bognor

Location spot on.Pub next door and Tescos across the road.You own entrance to the building which was good

Decent value. Good location - just a bit noisy.

Would probably stay again as having restaurant downstairs was useful for evening meal (lovely food). A bit disappointing they didn't offer breakfast but there are a few cafes on the beach promenade where you can gran something to eat. Otherwise, the accommodation was as expected.

Location was on a really busy roundabout, consequently traffic noise was loud up to late at night and started again early in the morning. Ear plugs needed. If I'd known how busy the traffic was I might have considered staying elsewhere.

Very pleasant two night stay

Bedroom was comfortable, food very good and staff friendly and helpful

There wasn't anything particularly that we didn't like, apart from my partner was unable to get the WiFi to connect

Decor and freshness of the room. Very clean

We were in room 9 and From 22.10pm the extractor fan in kitchen below came on until we complained at 10.50 at which time it was turned off but then again at 9am came on again below us. At both times the heating radiator on wall vibrated and sounded like a machine washing spinning and headboard vibrated. Not happy as no one to speak to in morning as told day before to drop key in box.
