Advertised as a 2 bedroom apartment, ill equipped when you have an adult with special needs

Location

Second bedroom did not have a proper bed for advertising a 2bedroom apartment Balcony was very tired and cosmetically drab Poor water pressure Water works taking place on 16th & 17th , no water for 2 days, notification on lift only seen by chance

Ci tornerei

Ambienti molto spaziosi, terrazza bellissima, cucina molto ben fornita, frigo pulitissimo e vuoto. Personale super disponibile e gentilissimo. Posizione ottima a 5 minuti dalla fermata dell'autobus, 10 minuti dalla spiaggia.

Gli asciugamani e le lenzuola sono da cambiare, sono macchiati non si capisce se dalla ruggine dello stendino o da altro. Ma vista la pulizia generale dell'appartamento penso sia semplicemente ruggine dello stendino vecchio.

Lovely Apartment Ideal for Families

Lovely size apartment, ideal for families with children (just the two of us). Apartment was clean and had some extras (beer, cider, etc) left for us, as well as washing up liquid, shower gel, shampoo, suncream, sugar, salt, etc.

Awful drain smell from toilet, despite buying air freshener. Only real thing that let the apartment down. Could have done with more than half a toilet roll on first day/night. Us English also like a toaster but there was a sandwich maker which made up for it.

Everything went fine, the owner was super friendly and he is helped a lot for us. The apartment is close for everything, but still quiet.

Overall very pleasant

Very spacious, comfortable apartment that is very well equipped. The double glazing insulates the apartment well from nearby motorway noise. Very nice host who provided clear instructions. There is ample Sea view with the caveats below.

There are 2 possible nuisances to be aware of. The nearby motorway for both noise and pollution on the terrace. The bathroom drains stink despite best efforts to have it bleached before we arrived. So we had to keep the bathroom door closed and use sessions brief. We have only accessed the terrace at night when motorway traffic calms down.

Appartment was big and clean, also pool was great and location perfect for beach and local amenities.

The property was safe and secure place to stay .

Only problem a found was shower wasn’t that good and tv didn’t work .

Lovely break!

Great location, good value for money and good kitchen facilities, lots of pans/containers etc. Excellent views from the balcony. Taxi transfer service also great value. We read a few reviews about smells and cockroaches. We had neither the owner has taken steps to address this but we did spray etc just in case. Owner was very accommodating and let us have a late check out. You can exit apartments via floor 1 to be closer to Fanabe/Puerto Colon or floor 3 for top road to walk to San Eugenio. Buy your first 5ltr water then you can fill it on site (next to pool) for 50cents saves carrying from the shop! Would definitely return.

Noisy next to the motorway but could live with this because of amazing views and we were prepared for this! Could do with a toaster in kitchen. Appt is a bit run down but you get what you pay for and this was definitely good value for what we paid.

Enjoyed our stay but there are some issues

Apartment was very spacious with everything you need. The bed was comfortable. Pool is great.

View of the sea is shown but the main view is of the motorway which is very loud. The shower is very small and you have to turn sideways to get in. This would be no good for anyone on the larger side. There is also a terrible smell in the bathroom.

Definitely good experience overall, but some gaps should be considered before choosing this flat.

We stayed in the apartment for one month, remote office work. The flat is spacious enough for 2 people to feel comfortable working at the same time. Enough of storage space. Overall, everything was fine. Location allowed us to avoid renting a car. It was close to the beach, supermarkets, entertainment. Bus stops were just next to the complex. Great balcony with ocean view, always bright, lots of sunshine, yet not hot in the flat. We had all we needed in the flat for a monthly stay. A lot of kitchen appliances + salt, pepper, etc. We really didn't have to buy much. Amazing pool with sea water and a bar next to it. Super clean and big enough for proper swimming. Loved it. As well, beach was in less than 10min of walking distance. One of the best beaches in the area, for sure. Internet connection was covering our needs, though fiber would be definitely better. It's a SIM-card modem, connected to 4G network. The keys were handed over on time, our host was very friendly and helpful when needed.

There's some things that should be considered before choosing this particular apartment. The highway is just next to the complex, it's super loud, no matter you have open or closed doors. If you are easily disturbed during night, avoid this flat. You will never sleep. It is REALLY loud. Motorbikes, sport cars and trucks will be waking you up multiple times during night. There are several comments about unpleasant smell in the bathroom. It is there, but it can be easily mitigated. Just close the bidet drain hole fully, and close shower drain hole each time after taking shower. It won't be noticeable. On top, there are cockroaches. Not many, but definitely once per day you'll have them in the flat. watch out. We bought the spray and traps. It helped a bit, but you cannot get rid of them fully. They are just there in the complex. Tap water was not very pleasant to smell or drink, luckily there's a water machine with 50cents per 5L of water. We used it.

Location, sunny balcony, Bar staff at pool were excellent, always cleaning & good food.

Lift to 7th floor was very poor didn’t work at times. The complex needs a face lift but it’s a work in process.
