Lovely flat in beautiful Saundersfoot.

Great location, super-clean (apart from the cooker-hood), and well appointed. Nicely decorated and thoughtful objets d'art. Comfortable bed, sofa, chair. Adequate kitchen. Pleasant bathroom. We really liked it.

No dishwasher ('though we managed)!. Cooker-hood extractor yuk. No ovengloves, or basic essentials (salt, pepper, oil) which is fine if we know in advance.

Perfect location in the heart of this little seafront town

Lovely airy holiday apartment right in the middle of Saundersfoot, close to the beach and shops. Car parking

Up 2 flights of stairs, the entrance was not very welcoming but once inside the apartment it was beautiful

A LOVELY COMFORTABLE STAY BUT WITH NEGATIVES THAT SPOILED IT!!

The property, once you were inside was lovely. A spacious lounge/kitchen diner, with a comfy sofa, and a first class quality television to view if so required. The large bedroom with comfortable double bed was first class, as was the spacious shower room/toilet. Everything you needed was on hand in the well equipped kitchen. No room for improvement inside, but there were some negatives to our stay. Location wise, its ideal as its only a two minute walk to the sea front, shops, and Supermarket.

The Security of the building was very poor. An insecure ground floor entrance door that was always open, and then a simple Yale lock on the first floor door into the accommodation could easily be opened without the use of the lock key. (For those intent on doing so!!) The outside of the building isn't in the cleanest and tidiest condition. On the ground floor next to the entrance door is a Ladies Hairdressers, and these people were lovely and helpful, and assisted us from day one with how and where to park our car in the Car Park, plus having unauthorised vehicles moved, when on one particular day we were unable to regain our dedicated Parking spot. This Car Park though is used by many other unauthorised people in vehicles, and on foot, as a place to congregate. Most of these people and vehicles are users of the Turkish Kebab Shop, situated to the other side of the entrance door of the property. Consequently, on an evening time noise and disruption is not uncommon, especially on a Friday, or Saturday. The same can be said about the music noise that is more than evident, during the late evening and early hours of the morning, from the Night Club, situated less than 100 yards away, overlooked by the holiday property. Three negatives, that all played a part in our holiday.

My friends have stayed there before

The towels were to small. Only 1 toilet roll given No tea towels Some salt and pepper would be nice along with tea coffee and sugar. The shower door doesn’t close tidy and the shower was either freezing cold or boiling hot.

Superb

It's central location. Prefect spot ffairplay. Virtually in the centre of Saundersfoot.

My own fault not looking in where exactly it was. I wasn't sure where I was meant to park. But I sussed it then. We could take our 2 dogs straight on the beach.

Very good

It was home from home, everything you needed to stay ie, iron ironing board, washing machine hoover ECT. The apartment was central walking distance to beach, shop's restaurants and bars. Everything was dog friendly.

The stairs to the apartment were steep and I struggled as I have knee replacement and bad back, the noise from the kebab shops fridge's vibrated through the wall until they shut at midnight also the mattress on the side nearest the wall kept slipping off it's base so I would wake up with my head against the board .

Nice 3 nights in saundersfoot

Loved the spacious living area, decoration and facilities, especially the coffee machine! Very well located for town, shops and restaurants

The property is above a takeaway shop so quite noisy on Saturday night and hard to find as the gate into the car park has gone and there was no sign

Lovely property great location would recommend to others.

The property was lovely, modern but homely, spacious and the location was excellent.

Only criticism would be that some of the dishes and cutlery were dirty from the last guest but the rest of the property was very clean.

Superb

Right in the centre of Saundersfoot and only a 2 minute walk to the beach Really clean and very comfortable space. There were 3 of us (sofa bed + double room) and found there was plenty of space. Owner very approachable and helpful Really good to have a parking space in summer - public car parks fill up early!
