Will not stay again here

It was clean. The owner was friendly, but it took sometime for him to answer my questions

It was cold for November. He didn’t point out that there was a heater hidden in the closet. I had four cold nights, relatively. If you want to use the washing machine, you have to pay $20 dollars. If you want to cook in the kitchen, you are limited certain foods. As if I needed to cook something extravagant. I didn’t enjoy my stay, although, it was a quite neighborhood and the other tenants were quite. Although, I heard one of the other tenants snore. That eliminates the idea of having soundproof walls. One last thing, the owner was really welcoming, but his English wasn’t good enough.

Confusing communication in the beginning was resolved swiftly I didn't realize that there were multiple bedrooms that were available for rent and that the bathroom was shared.

Very good

The host was very welcoming, and it was very peaceful and quiet. Also once the room got warm with heater, it was nice and toasty. The home was very clean.

You definitely need a heater to keep the room warm, it was a bit cold when you first go in.
