Good for a quick crashpad

This is a good option if you're passing through town, need a place for a night or two. Better for solo/young/student travelers/backpackers. It did the job. Important things were stocked (toilet paper, tea, coffee, etc minus shampoo).

The area is completely deserted at night, which can feel a bit creepy. It's not the best area. Important note: there are no shades on the balcony door in the main bedroom - light will pour in early. The other windows have good shades.

העיצוב הפנימי מקסים ומרווח

איפה להתחיל? אולי בחוסר האמת בפרסום: כל התמונות באתר מתארות דירות מוארות וקסומות, ואפילו מרפסת נפלאה משקיפה לרחוב; ואילו אני "זכיתי" בדירת סטודיו בקומת קרקע, אפלולית לחלוטין. בדקתי עכשיו שוב את האתר, לראות אולי טעיתי, ואולי החדר שלי אכן מופיע בתמונות, אבל לא: מופיעות באתר 35 תמונות של חדרים אחרים לגמרי. והלוואי וזו הייתה הבעיה היחידה. כי מעבר לכך: חשמל שפעל לסירוגין עד שנמאס לי להרים את הפקק, נמלים ששמעו שאני לבד ובאו לארח לי לחברה על השיש, ובלי חלונות בכלל, אלא אם כן נכלול בספירה שלושה חרכי ירי סמוכים לתקרה, צרים מאד, גבוהים מאד, שאינם ממלאים את המטרות המקוריות של חלון: אור ואוויר. ובמקום המרפסת הקסומה שתראו בתמונות, קיבלתי דלת זכוכית דקיקה שפונה לרחוב, והיא מהווה מקור האור היחיד במקום. היא גם נפתחת היישר לתוך מכוניות חונות, ומאפשרת לשמוע כל שיחה ברחוב. אבל הכי ביאסה אותי הנהלת המקום: בזמן ההזמנה ביקשתי חדר בקומה גבוהה ככל האפשר. במקום להשיב לי מיד משהו כמו "בקומה השנייה תפוס כבר" או "זה יעלה לך יותר", הם פשוט התעלמו, וענו לי רק אחרי שנכנסתי לחדר, "צר לנו אך לא נוכל להענות לבקשתך". באמת תודה. קיצור, על הכל ניתן היה לסלוח, אם הדברים היו ברורים לי מראש; אבל חוסר הכנות בתצלומים - בלתי נסלח בעיני. באתי לעיר לפגישות עבודה, לא בדיוק נזקקתי לעודף פינוקים, אבל זה היה מוגזם. אם הייתי רואה תמונה של החדר הזה, הייתי מבינה שהוא חסר חלונות ולא מזמינה אותו לעולם. כפי שתראו בתמונות הדלת אכן מכניסה אור מסוים, אבל ללא שמץ אוויר, סגור ומחניק, וכן - שונה מהתמונות שבאתר. לגמרי שונה.

Very good

Comfortable. Location was good, very close to the road for unloading baggage. Staff emails very helpful and straightforward. Balcony was very nice. Free parking is very close by. Would stay again, this was a nice apartment. Also had a nice open seating area in a closed area outside the apartment.

Pillows on the sofa bed had stains, so my daughter refused to use one. Quite a lot of noise from outside at night. But these were minor things and did not spoil our stay.

Great vibe, clean and quiet area, close to everything.

Great experience! The communication with our host was excelent, who was so nice that checked us in earlier than usual hour. We loved the idea of stone walls combined with the modern interior design - it give us a great vibe, the apartment was clean and welcoming. The matress was excelent - has even a topper for more confort. The AC was clean and worked perfect - I had no breathing problems. The sheets, the towels and the sofa were very clean and no animal hair/ odour - after 4 days my sensitive skin remained clear. Just like home! We really appreciate this kind of care. We were in the core of old center and had plenty of close restaurants to choose from - very important because most of it close around 14-15 o'clock. The area is nice and quite. Across the apartment is a shop with fancy outfits from where I bought a dress for the event we came for. We enjoyed a patio and balconies - great for smokers, coffee time, eat or late evenings. Ah, an important aspect: great wifi. We just couldn't pick better! We will come back to Israel in cooler seasons to focus more on visiting the beautiful Israel, but what will remain the same will be our booking at Sapir Boutique Apartments.

Great location and value for money

We came for a shabbat visit. There was everything available that we could need facilities wise. There were easily accessible keys, also appropriate for shabbat, a nice balcony overlooking the centre of the old city, plenty of space and light. The host was flexible and gracious about checking in and out time.

The special request through booking.com at the time of booking is not reliable. It's better to contact the host directly than rely on the booking.com special request form.

it’s a very cozy and comfortable place for two people there’s a normal table for laptops or taking meal. the kitchen is full of all you need: microwave, fridge, kitchen staff for cooking and eating Wi-Fi is good, air conditioning is working okay thanks!

Good value for money, good location, good size.

I booked the stay for total 3 adults and 2 children, but bed was only made for 2 and bedding and towels were not ready for everyone upon arrival. We did receive missing bedding and towels promptly by the property owner. Also tea jar was empty.

Worst stay of my life, so happy it was only one night

Absolutely nothing

Everything was so dirty, the tiles haven’t been cleaned in months, there were dirty sweatpants in the kitchen, all the towels were dirty (and partly hidden in the kitchen cupboards) . The paint kept peeling from the ceiling in large patches and after 10 minutes everything was covered in white dust. The bathroom cabinets had water in them from the last cleaning adventure und the toilet was dirty and the toilet brush rusted. We were 4 people and there were 3 cups and 2 clothing hangers in total (one cup wasn’t even in the cupboard but in a drawer next to cutlery, working tools and a heavy lock). All furniture was covered in a thick layer of dust and on the TV were a ton of fingerprints visible. The kitchen appliances were either dirty, broken or disgusting to touch and there were dirty plastic cups under the sofa. The blanket was dirty with dried blood and the dining table was falling apart. The house itself is in desperate need of renovation inside and outside.

cute apartment with everything we needed

Newly renovated, full kitchen with everything you need, great location (very quiet on the weekend). we had unit 4, the studio with arched ceilings. it’s on the ground floor and we could use the shared balcony.

we wanted to open the windows to have fresh air but the windows are all facing the street and we would have no privacy. also there are no bars or screens on the windows which also deterred us from opening them. no curtains or shades, the light is really great during the day just not in the morning when we wanted to sleep in or in the afternoon for a nap.

Very good

This is a renovated Ottoman house in the city center of Beersheva. The room is quite spacious and well organized. The small kitchen has everything and the shower is good. The balcony gives you a view of the old city.

Lots of things. The mattress is quite old and could be changed. The apartment was sufficiently clean but certainly not shiny. The old city does not really offer much (hopefully it will be fully renovated).

beautiful place but VERY dirty

the apartment is beautiful, well decorated. with a nice balcony. you could cook in the kitchen, because there some utensils for it.

but, it was so dirty!!! When we arrived we spent 1 hour cleaning a bit. Someone came and only made the bed. floor dirty, balcony disgusting, the cooker horrible! windows we’re almost dark with so much dirty. The building also was so dirty, from the entrance. that’s a pity because the apartment is so nice and beautiful. They just need to clean, i Don’t know if they pay someone to do it, if they do, change of person! i have been traveling 5 weeks between Israel, Jordan and Palestina and I didn’t see a ola è dirty like that yet. when we arrived there was no enough sheet and towel, so we had to to to the maintenance room and search ourselves for it. The neighborhood is not nice. Please! clean your place! is not hard!!!!

Pleasant

The common terrace is clean and has lots of plants. There is a washing machine and dryer. Close to train station and shops. The air conditioner worked well.

The rooms were not at all what they were in the photo. The bathroom is dirty and the shower is broken. The refrigerator is very small. The entire balcony is filthy with pigeon droppings. We were very disappointed. The price does not match the quality.
