Welcome to our modern & LUXE 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo directly on Nashville's Famous MUSIC ROW! Only steps away from bars with live music, restaurants, coffee shops & a quick Lyft to Broadway. This condo also has the iconic guitar-shaped pool for you to enjoy when in season!

This is a freshly renovated 2 bedroom, 1 full bathroom condo that sleeps 8 comfortably. It was designed & decorated with a very clean, modern, & LUXE vibe! The attention to detail is portrayed throughout the entire place & is truly one of a kind in the building!

MAIN:
When you enter the condo, you walk into the modernized kitchen which opens up into the living room. The kitchen has all NEW appliances & is stocked with the essentials to cook a small meal if you'd like. The kitchen island has 5 bar stools for plenty of seating. The living room has a very cozy feel as there are comfy pillows, blankets & an electric fireplace for you to relax & enjoy while watching one of your favorite shows on DIRECTV.
BATH:
There is a double sink vanity & a standing glass shower. The bathroom has separate doors for the shower & toilet so there is plenty of privacy when in the bathroom. There are plenty of fresh towels. All bed linens & extra blankets are provided, including the sleeper sofa. Washer & dryer are in the condo for use as well.
The condo will be professionally cleaned before you arrive. We provide shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, one roll of paper towels, 2-3 rolls of toilet paper & laundry detergent. The WiFi network & password will be on the Welcome Note on the counter.

Can't say enough great things about our stay here! Ease of communication with hosts, gorgeous condo, fantastic location & so much more! Pool was an added bonus that wasn't busy & great local eateries a walk away! Looking forward to staying here again!

Great safe neighborhood- walking distance to the gulch, broadway, pedal tavern. Clean place with comfy beds, great water pressure in shower. Pool was filthy but it is towards the end of the seaaon. We would stay here again!

Our kids love country music and wanted to see live music. This condo was in a perfect location. Close enough to Broadway and far enough away when it was time to go back to the condo. The water pressure in the shower was amazing!!! My kids loved the guitar shaped pool and took advantage of a quick swim.
Lacey responded quickly to questions and was a pleasure to work with. We would certainly stay here again, no questions asked.

The place was in a great location, safe and clean. Overall we had a great stay, but there were some hiccups...
We woke up one morning, to find out there was no water... It was very frustrating not knowing what was going on; there were 8 of us, not being able to flush toilets, etc. We contacted the property manager but it took several messages to hear back. We finally got the explanation - no water due to some local construction pipe damage… which can happen and I understand. But the time it took for the property manager to inform us was unacceptable. It takes two seconds to text or call and say – “we got your message and we are looking into it” – that’s all we wanted to hear.
One more little thing that was frustrating - kitchen knives - not a decent knife to cut anything all - old dull knives.
Overall - did we like the place and location? Yes.
Would we rent it again? I think so… - things happen - but communication is the key.

Amazing stay
Stayed for a small bachelor party. Lacey made the booking, check in, and check out very simple. Place was extremely clean and organized. On top of being right next to music row and about a 20min walk to lower broadway made this a perfect location for the price. 10/10 I would stay again.

We really enjoyed our visit. Lacey was quick to answer any questions we had before our visit. Perfect for our group of four. Will definitely get in touch with her for our next trip to Nashville.

Perfect for girls trip!
Our group consisted of 5 women. This property was perfect! Everything inside the apartment was extremely clean and the set up with bathroom, shower and sink/vanity area worked so well. They are all separate so multiple people can use them all at once. There are also many full length mirrors to choose from so no one felt like they were “hogging the mirror.”
Bedrooms were ample size and the beds were sooo extremely comfortable that I am going to purchase the sam mattress for my daughter’s bed at home! 🏡

Great location, clean and accommodating. My only suggestion would be to improve the check-in process. No estimated check-in time provided in advance and since we flew in, we needed to lug our luggage around and wait for a text to let us know we could check in. The location is fantastic and centrally located.

It's small but beautifully kept and great layout. The pictures don't do it justice. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could want, bathrooms stocked and bedrooms were really comfortable. Parking is tight so if you have a large, think huge SUV, you may not want to squeeze into covered garage but even then there is plenty of parking to be had. Would recommend!

Successful First Trip to Nashville
We had a amazing time, very cozy and up to date condo. My friends all said I did very well in finding us this place to stay! Although we didn’t spend much time there, the beds were the best! Very clean, very comfortable and safe environment! Thank you so much!

Wonderful place for our girls weekend! Great location; we were able to walk most places including the just love coffee shop that was so close and delicious! Very clean space and plenty of room for us to enjoy & was equipped with anything extra we needed throughout the weekend. Will definitely be back soon!
