The Portofino had a welcoming elegance for being on the beach.

The apartment was decorated beautifully. The restaurant on premises was very good and reasonably priced for this area. The staff was expertly trained and very friendly striving to make our stay perfect.

The beds were a little hard.

Fun time with family. Good memories.

Our unit was nice and well-maintained. Everything in the unit worked as it should.

First time to go to beach for Thanksgiving and to book at this resort. With all of the hidden fees, the cost of the unit for our 3 night stay was almost 2 times more than anticipated.

The view and amenities were great.

74° was too hot at night for me. The thermostat was static. That is all. Everything else was perfect.

Relaxing. Well needed for my family. Nice time. Nice accommodations.

This vacation was stress free. I enjoyed just relaxing with my family. I loved the patio. And the view.

The unit was pretty. It needs some attention to details. The shower door is separating. The kitchen sink is scuffed. My daughter cut her finger on a glass that was cracked. Just wear and tear items. The smell is horrible from the elevator to the pool. The property management should address that asap. The smell was every day, every time. I thought it was maybe because trash needed to be collected.

I have rented multiple condo vacations in the past. I have NEVER not had control over the thermostat. The owners installed a Nest thermostat & refused to give us the pin #.

The room was beautiful and the view. I would definitely want to stay here again. Room was comfortable felt like home.

Superb

Dave was very helpful and on the spot when we realized the sofa bed was broken. He showed up the next day to determine if the bed could be fixed. Since the bed was not able to be fixed, he showed up that same afternoon with a new sofa bed.

Beautiful view of gulf and pool! Extremely quiet indoor, relaxing and very friendly staff. The owners of unit were very accommodating and nice.

The carpet in both bedrooms were badly stained need replacing. Microwave didn’t work and though it was substituted for a smaller one it was noisy. Someone should inspect unit after housekeeping says they’ve done cleaning. The MOST amazing part of our stay was the comfort of beds and relaxing atmosphere.

Room was not clean, stains on bedding. Arrived at 3:30 didn’t get room till 6:30. Coffee or soda all over bathroom door floors dirty
