Located at the end of a cul-de-sac, south of San Pedro Town, it’s probably one of the most perfectly positioned properties on the island. Just a short stroll or cycle away, you’ll find a supermarket, excellent restaurants, and some great authentically Belizean street food options too. If you are looking for cocktails or a more upmarket restaurant, take a barefoot wander down the beach and check out the nearby resorts and beach bars along the way.
Each comfortable and well-appointed 1 bed/1 bath suites has a private sea view veranda, living and dining area, and enjoy cool comfortable breezes day and night. If you want to do some cooking, you will have a fully equipped kitchen stocked with basic condiments. For your comfort, the bedrooms are air-conditioned and there are ceiling fans throughout. For your enjoyment, there is a TV with over 100 channels and complimentary WiFi.
Housekeeping services are available every third day for a nominal fee of $15.00USD per cleaning if arranged prior to your arrival. Of course, you can request fresh linens at any time, and we provide a generous supply of bath/beach towels.
As you relax into the island vibe, there’s no doubt you’ll want to get out onto the water. Book a fishing trip, go on a sunset cruise, snorkel with sharks and rays or just spend a day sailing from island to island with a sumptuous beach BBQ set up just for you. Our rental was in good condition and the staff was suburb. We have stayed at Coral Bay several times and each time we are pleased to see everything continues to be top notch. I don’t care for the no daily pick up service and the $100 cleaning fee. It should be included in your rates. The rates have already gone up(understandably) why not include cleaning fee? It is a part of the lodging business. It also makes it difficult to decide who and how much to tip the staff.

Property was well kept & clean. It had a nice pool. Staff was friendly & helpful. Location was OK. It's away from town, but there are decent restaurants close. Downside is there was only 1 AC unit in the bedroom. It cooled the bedroom nicely, but the rest of the unit was hot & unpleasant. No restaurant or bar onsite. No real beach to speak of. I mean there was beach, but not much & it wasn't conducive to getting in the water. It is a nice quiet place if that what you want & can deal with warmth inside.

The condo is beautiful, clean and ample. Unfortunately, the construction going on next door was a bit too much for us and asked to be moved.
Simon, with the property management was the kindest more understanding person ever. He communicated and understood our concerns and did not hesitate finding a different location for us to go. Sure that once construction is completed, this venue will be an amazing to stay. The view is amazing😍

Incredible property! Communication with owner was great. We flew standby and ended up not leaving the day we intended. After talking with them ahead of time, we planned for this, and they held the day and didn't charge us till we knew we would need it. The room was amazing, clean, and so nice. A saint left some after sun lotion in the bathroom, it was a life saver after snorkeling. The pool and hot tub looking out over the ocean was magical. Great location to many things you can walk to, especially The Baker, Black and White, and The Island Jungle bar. All were visited multiple times by us. Not if, but WHEN we return, we will be staying in the same property for sure!

We stayed in the Dolphin suite at Coral Bay Villas and could not have been happier with the experience. The unit was spotlessly clean, had everything we needed and the view was spectacular. Karina and Freddie were extremely helpful, taking care of all of our requirements for laundry, reservations and re-stocking in the unit. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

I liked not being downtown. The location was wonderful for us. The view is exactly what you see and just a few steps from the ocean. Any tour you need has on-site assistance but we walked the dock and used Ambergris Drivers. Le Roy the happy man was beyond helpful and we enjoyed every snokeling trip we had.

Really enjoyed our Stay at Coral Bay in the Dolphin suite. The building is not new but well maintained, well appointed and in a great location close to everything. Only concern was low the water pressure in the dolphin suite which may be a town issue but an overall great place and would definitely stay here again.

Great property with everything you need that's in a good location close to everything. Only negative with the Dolphin suite was a low water pressure problem which may be a town supply issue not a property issue. Sargassum (sea grass) on the beach can also be an issue at certain times but this is the case everywhere throughout the Southern Caribbean. Cleanup is ongoing at most resorts including Hidden Treasure. The Bottom line is that we would definitely stay here again.

This is a pretty little property set back from the hustle of down town San Pedro. Easy walk along the beach to all the action. Walking distance to a grocery store and fruit stands. The villa itself was well equipped with anything you would need to prepare meals. Comfy beds with air conditioning. If sunrises are your thing this is the perfect place. Can’t bear the view! I would recommend a room on the second floor. The first floor open directly to the pool and are not as private. If you are into spa treatments they will arrange an in villa treatment. Highly recommend Andrea and a coconut coffee scrub.

The rental was clean had everything we needed. The staff was excellent. The pool and jacuzzi were nice to use on non-snorkel days. There was loud construction next door every day 7am to 5pm.....and 1 night until 10pm. Simon the manager did his best to mitigate the situation. That we were gone snorkeling most everyday made the villa location bearable. Without the noise we would have given the villa itself, Simon, Freddie, the onsite lady manager all 5 stars.

This is about a 15-20 minute beachside stroll from downtown San Pedro. San Pedro is full of people and can be loud, whereas Coral Bay is quiet. Coral bay is close to plenty of restaurants and stores, but without the hustle and bustle of downtown San Pedro.

Freddy, Elsa, and Oscar absolutely make this place wonderful to visit again and again - we were here on our honeymoon ten years ago and we keep coming back. Great location close to everything including our favorite golf cart rental folks and a wonderful laundry spot. I think they are working on some improvements but all you ever need to do is ask one of the folks at the property and they will do absolutely EVERYTHING in their power to make sure you have a wonderful stay. I would recommend Coral Bay Villas to anyone looking for a competitively priced in-town stay with all the quiet lovely pool and hot tub time you could ever want, and unparalleled people.

Coral Bay was an amazing property. We really liked the layout and the pool and view were exceptional. Very friendly and attentive staff (Elsa and Freddie) always ready to help. Neighbors and other folks staying in different units some of which are owners - were very helpful and friendly as well with directions and guidance. South side of the island better for overall location in our opinion, and we will be back!

Everything worked seamlessly and all recommendations were spot on. The villa itself was pristine in terms of cleanliness with beautiful furnishings and stunning views. When visiting the island, keep in mind water pressure is low everywhere and the condo is only air conditioned in the bedroom (which is stated on the description.) Extension of a 10 day stay!!
This is part of a stay already reviewed but I want to take the opportunity to Thank Simon, Freddy, Elsa and Oscar again. I didn't get to talk about how inviting and friendly they all are. We originally booked for May 30-June 10 but as it came closer we couldn't leave, so we stayed until Sunday. We all enjoyed games, learned about the hermit crabs in the area, visited over a refreshing drink and hung out with other guests and owners at the Beautiful Location. We truly did not want to leave and can't wait to get back. The accommodations are perfect and the aforementioned staff did everything in their power to make our stay the best.

Nice rooms, the staff were excellent and extremely helpful. Didn’t have to worry about anything. They helped with everything Golf cart rental, taxi, advice on things to do. Room was nice and clean, pool was nice. Close to everything, but quiet. Would stay here again.

Great location just south of town. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the condo was very nice. They only issue we had was a lack of water pressure upstairs, but buckets of water were provided to help when the pressure was too low.

Our experience from booking to departing couldn't have been better! We loved the entire staff. Elsa was always quick to respond to questions, requests, and even remembered my boyfriends birthday. She gave us a list of activities, pricing, etc and even booked them for us including our golf cart for the week. Loved the all day snorkeling tour to shark alley, Caye Caulker. We loved all the Palapa restaurants, especially Dive Bar 303, being from CO. Location was close enough to town to walk, but far enough away to have some privacy. We also loved the bar at the end of the pier right out in front of the property. Slide and zip line into the ocean! The staff was awesome, place was cleaned daily, everyone was very friendly and we will definitely be back!
