Spacious luxurious apartment facing the ocean, and the sunset if you are lucky with the weather.

Host very communicative on WhatsApp. Flexible with departure timing. Excellent living and dining room. Each room with own toilette and shower.

The knives were not very usable.

Отличное место как для спокойного, так и активного отдыха

Просторные апартаменты, каждая спальня имеет собственный санузел и душевую. В мастер-спальне душ и ванна. Уборка производится 3 раза в неделю (понедельник, среда, пятница). Кухня хорошо оборудована, есть вся необходимая посуда, чай. Хороший пляж, чистое, теплое море. На пляже и в воде много обломков кораллов, поэтому купаться безопаснее в коралловых тапочках. Изредка попадаются морские ежи. Расположение хорошее, немного в тупичке, охраняемая парковка и территория. На расстоянии 5-10 мин ходьбы напротив пляжа Флик-ан-Флак множество ресторанов., небольшие магазины продуктов, магазин сувениров. Большой супермаркет в 10 мин езды на машине. С этой локации очень удобно осматривать достопримечательности юго-запада, все максимум в 1 часе езды на машине.

Можно было бы добавить базовые продукты: соль, сахар, растительное масло для жарки. Не было запасных пакетов для мусора и тряпочки на кухне, но хозяин быстро добавил по просьбе. Хорошо бы также иметь пару капсул для стирки одежды.

Buena ubicación, buena relación calidad precio. Apartamento muy confortable junto a la playa y el mar con jardín y hamacas y muy buena piscina. Con personal de seguridad y limpieza muy amables y atento anfitrión para cualquier duda problema o petición.

Value for money

1. Road to property didn’t have any light. 2. Entry to master bedroom was too uncomfortable. Door opening in front of toilet seat. 3. No drainage of water if it comes out of bathroom and it stands on the way outside around toilet seat. Gives awkward feeling. 4. Beach is rocky and water is dirty

Beautiful family vacation

Everything went smooth and great. Mr. Dharmesh and his team are top notch. Professionals as expected. We enjoyed our stay very much at Cap Ouest Residence. We will come back again.

Highly recommended, would visit again!

You can’t get any closer to the sea - the view was amazing. We had a ground level apartment with 10m distance to the water. The accommodation was clean with 24/7 security around. The team was very kind and always responsive - they also organized airport transfer as well as day trips to discover the island.

A wonderful stay in a beautiful and well located apartment, but for a holiday let the owner must keep on top of maintena

beautiful apartment,very spacious. perfect location. great pool and beach. clean and generally well presented. good communication with agent.

Bathtub in main bedroom was not operational, and had apparently not been for nearly 2 years. no safety deposit box. some kitchen utensils had not been checked for cleanliness. rather disconcerting to be asked to pay all in cash, but there were no problems.
