Aufenthalt musste gezwungenermassen abgebrochen werden.

Bei Anreise kein pin Code und damit kein Zugang. Keine Erreichbarkeit trotz Angabe der Telefonnummer der Fa. Bratiscasa Aufenthalt musste gezwungenermassen abgebrochen werden. Nach einer mehrstündigen Wartezeit wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass der pin Code nach einer Woche mitgeteilt würde, obwohl wir zwei Tage zuvor gebucht hatten. Geld wird nicht zurück erstattet. Mein sieht dies nicht als Problem. Unglaublich negative Erfahrung.

Der Schlüsselcode kam leider erst am Tag nach der Abreise per Mail. Der Vermieter war aber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Warm und ruhig.

Die Fußbodenheizung war super. Die Küche gut ausgestattet, Bad und das Zimmer sehr geräumig.

Die Einfahrt in die Tiefgarage ist sehr eng, auch für einen VW Golf.

Tolle moderne und vorallem saubere Zimmer

Sehr schönes Zimmer sehr sauber. Im Bad gab es Fußbodenheizung. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet es gab auch ein paar Gewürze und sowas wie Backpacker woran ich zum Beispiel nicht gedacht hätte :) es gab einen Aufzug was ich auch super fand.

Die Tiefgarage empfehle ich wirklich nicht sehr eng und wenn einem jemand endgegen kommt muss man schauen was man macht ich habe ein kleines Auto und habe doch lieber draußen geparkt da gibt es genug Plätze und man hat weniger Stress:)

Gerne wieder

Grosse Wohnung. Ruhig. Hat all s was es braucht. Konnte mein E-Auto laden.

Die Einfahrt für die Einstellhalle ist sehr sehr eng. Im Wohnzimmer fehlt eine Lampe für etwas @ Stimmung“ zu machen. Entweder hat man die sehr hellen Deckenlampen an oder gar kein Licht.

Schöner Aufenthalt in einer ruhigen, dennoch zentralen und sauberen Location

Die Lage war zentral, man konnte das Zentrum sehr gut zu Fuss erreichen wenn gewünscht. Auch ist die Unterkunft sehr neu und dementsprechend gepflegt, das Check-In mit Schlüsselbox ist selbsterklärend.

Es hatte zwar eine Einstellhalle für das Auto, jedoch ist die Einfahrt so schmal, dass man mit einem breiteren und längeren Auto keine Chance hatte, reinzufahren und auch in der Einstellhalle kein einziges Fahrzeug parkiert gewesen ist, obwohl diverse Gäste in der Unterkunft waren (S-Klasse, A6, etc.) - somit musste der Wagen Draussen stehen, was nicht gewünscht gewesen ist.

Uncomfortable sofa bed, no true bed.

The apartment is new, the bathroom is good, the neighborhood is quiet.

A bit far from the lake and restaurants, very few wall outlets, poor-quality toilet paper, no shampoo, no coffee and NO BED, only an uncomfortable sofa bed. The pillows were also uncomfortable.

Nice apartment with garden

New apartment, it has everything for a short stay. We liked the terrace and the garden in front. In a quiet neighborhood. They provided a baby cot for free. Also the Gäste Karte included.

There is no washing machine. They only left 2 dishwasher tabs, and only one toilet paper. For one night is ok, but for longer stays is inconvenient.

very suitable for families but not for 2 couples.

very specious, clean, modern and well equipped apartment. A very large balcony, free parking space, quiet street and very nice surroundings.

The communication with the maintenance was difficult. we sent messages via Booking and received answers after a long delay. I would like to have an iron and a supply of garbage bags. It would be good to leave a manual for the coffee machine and the dishwasher. we asked for extra towels, they promised to bring but actually didn’t got any.

Great stay!

Everything was perfect! Very clean apartment, very new equipment. Everything available that you need in the kitchen and for a baby baby bed and baby chair. Nice terrace. 15min walk from Titisee.

Nothing. Only thing to mention is that the air in the apartment was dry during the night. Maybe because of the floor heating (although we turned it off). Maybe provide air humidifier for the room
