L'assenza del personale per il check in e quando abbiamo chiesto aiuto per la difficoltà nell' eseguire il check in con la macchinetta automatica la reception al citofono ci ha totalmente ignorato. Il cancello la sera era chiuso e per poter entrare bisognava digitare il codice della camera, peccato che non c'era nessun cartello che il citofono non funzionava esternamente ma bisognava digitare il codice dall' interno! Camera sporca con muri sporchi, mia figlia si è svegliata piena di punture di insetti dormendo sul letto superiore. Guanto in lattice che copre l'antincendio..non proprio sicuro! Struttura vecchia e vetusta. Non ci tornerei

Fairly simple after hours checkin process. Most staff were nice.

Receptionist was a little blunt at checkout. Maybe he had a bad morning. All other sraff were lovely.

The hotel is not clean outside the room and it smells in the corridor. I have booked the B&B Hotel without checking it in details, because I expected it is the same to all other B&B hotels I visited before. It were always the same despite the city I stay. But surprisingly this one differs a lot. It is definitely lower rated hotel, and not a good option if you stay for more than one night. Not for the family for 100%. The pillow and the towel for the child was not served initially. We had to ask for it. And after we got one it is disappeared again after the room was cleaned the next day. We didn't take any breakfast but I don't think it is a nice place to have a relaxed breakfast. The sink is located outside the bathroom for some reason. And the bed has a diaper under the sheet, so sleeping on it is unpleasant.

Absolutely nothing

The room haven't been cleaned after the previous guests. Dirty lenon, dirty bathroom, no fresh towels- after very hot day we couldn't take a shower. No one on reception to talk to. No one picking the phone. The worst hotel ever!!! On the following day we have made a complaint - no apologise at all from reception. Asked them for refund -they gave me phone number that no one picks. Never book with them!!!!!

close to where we needed to be

the place was not nice and the we expected a common level of quality in the B&B we have stayed at before. it looked cheap and the bedroom always weird as it had a bunk bed on top of the regular bed. the receptionist was rude at first but then changed his behavior which was good but anyway it’s a place we would definitely not want to come back at all.
