Greats days in south beach Miami in a great location close to the beach

Great location in south beach. Big and comfortable apartment. Near to grosseries and restaurants, beach, bus and free trolley Bed was comfortable and bathroom big Great wifi

Restaurant down stairs has music from 9am to 1am every day. It’s was great for us but if you want a quiet place don’t go. Some insects appeared in bathroom and kitchen, but not too much as old comments said. Light buttons were old and a bit difficult to press. Some kitchen utensils, fried pan and metal containers for over were missing. All those things can be solved easily

Muy mal mantenimiento

Estaba súper viejo, muy poco seguro me pareció. Poco cuidado, imposible dormir porque da a una avenida principal y las ventanas están rotas y no cierran bien. El baño súper destartalado y el sofá cama muy incomodo

La moqueta olía fatal. Tardaban mucho en contestar a los mensajes y nunca nos atendió nadie presencialmente

Bad experience.

There was no remote for the tv and when I complained and they said that they would bring one, they did not and then stopped answering any of my calls. The bathrooms looked nothing like in the photos and there is no form and any sound proofing knowing that it’s a super noisy road behind the house with garbage trucks waking you up every try morning at 5:30am.

Cheap and comfortable stay for a short business trip but also for short vacation.

Basic, but very comfortable bed! Good location, near many restaurants and the beach. Personnel very responsive.

You had to send an image of your ID. Would be nice if you the guest could know before the booking. In room/apartment 203 showerhead needs to be fixed.

Nice stay in the heart of South Miami Beach

Great location in the heart of the Ocean drive. However need to advise that our apartments were not same as on the picture but were changed 2days before arrival by staff. All equipment which was declared initially was the same in this apartment. Clean, well equipped kitchen and bathrooms, convenient bed and enough space for our family. We had some issues during our stay, but staff reacted very quickly and was very helpful.

Noisy neighbourhood till early morning hours, but what can you expect if you leave just on Ocean drive between night clubs.

Agradable y ubicación perfecta

La ubicación cerca a la playa, y la estación de buses para movilizarse a cualquier lugar, muy cerca a diferentes lugares turísticos. La cama muy cómoda.

-Encontré algunos insectos en la cocina, espero que puedan mejorar eso. -El sofá cama ya necesita cambio

Terrible place there is hotels across the street way more cleaner and for damn near cheaper or maybe the same price

Wasn’t anything to like at all to be honest other than the fact that’s the house is located on the strip

Dirty. Filthy. Disgusting. I had to go out and buy my own bed set the one they provided had burn marks and blood on them… house had a weird stink smell soon as you walk in and enter the apartment. Safety wasn’t there at all for this location. A guy outside selling weed knew the password already due to my hands being occupied and he saw I had my hands full.

I’d equate this to a la Quinta or super 8. Not fancy but a clean quiet place to stay.

Quiet. Comfortable. Great location. Could walk to everything

A little rundown. Clean though. Street noise at night. Not the best neighborhood but not the worst either. We felt safe walking around at night

The owner allow me to do the check in earlier and drop off my bags later than the check out

The stuff opened my door twice when I was inside without even call the door. The building was dirty, not the apartment though

easy access to south beach and ocean drive. Air conditioning was great. Laundry facilities available via app top up but mine did not work as text was not getting received on uk phone number. Kitchen top is small and oven needs a bigger flat pan for cooking pizza. fridge /microwave, cooker was fine. Bathroom needs some refurbishment. Wash basin tap was loose. other then above, all was fine in the apartment.

The room condition was so nice and staff was so friendly. They texted back quiet early And they allow to put luggage in there office before check in There is laundry room on the hallway

They offered residential parking place for 20$ per night, but it was so hard to find a place to park. The parking lot near there is also same price (20$ per 24h) so it's better to use that parking lot

i had a good time but wouldnt stay here again. maybe if it was cheaper.

i liked that the property was in a great location. very close to the beach and many good restaurants.

the property had a lot of damage. chipped paint, broken things. just very ragedy looking. also ROACHES

❤️location ❤️ clean towel, hair dryer, flatiron ❤️ self check-in

-very old building with an horrible smell in the hallway -raining in the room -the refrigerator made more noise than AC - on the ground floor it s a restaurant that plays music all the time - very very very noisy ( the windows ar that old that you can hear everyting from outside) - we book a room and we receive totally different one

Professionalism was awful, location was unsafe (two 911 cases next door) in one night), door code id not work after one use and door did not lock after multiple attempts to contact the apartment manager. DO NOT book this place
