Amazing apartment BUT VERY BAD Service and support

Looks like on the pictures. Spacious, very bedrooms and bathroom. Well located and close to metro station. Very kind neighbors. Elevator.

Fairly noisy on street side (1 bedroom) but very quiet on courtyard side. The service was awful: when we arrived building have been changed and apparently Urban Melody was not aware… a very kind neighbor let us use her building access key during our stay. However Urban Melody did not manage to give us a copy of the key, they only contacted us to ask something and always very last minute! Like they expected us to be at home all the time to help them fix the key issue. And they never thanked us for informing them, managing a solution without their help, or just to help them. Very disappointed as they asked us to rate them 10 while never answering our requests!

Sehr schöne, geräumige Wohnung mit guter Anbindung und guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Große, geräumige Wohnung, sehr geschmackvoll und wertig eingerichtet. Räume klimatisiert. Wohnung etwas außerhalb des Zentrums aber gute Anbindung mit der nahegelegenen Metrostation zu allen Zielen in Athen, direkte Anbindung an den Flughafen. Bäckereien und Lebensmittel in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Gute Bars und Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar.

Everything was perfect during our stay. Host was very helpful and friendly, the apartment was located 1,3km from Syntagma square and easily approachable.

Totally recommended

The property is located in a very nice spot of Athens not far from Syntagma Square. There is a metro station only 5min walking for someone who doesnt want to walk until the center (25min) or reach other areas of Athens as well as on the main avenue where the metro station is located its also easy to pick up a taxi. Supermarket, Cafeterias, restaurants and nice bars can also be found nearby making the stay even more convinient. The place was very spacious and modern providing all necessary things for a short or long stay.
