Una gran casa, pero bastante mejorable...

No había calefacción, ni siquiera un simple brasero eléctrico y teniendo en cuenta que hemos estado el último fin de semana de Septiembre, por la noche hacía frío en el interior de la casa. Al llegar a casa al atardecer para cenar, tuvimos que abrigarnos para estar medio a gusto. Además deberían de mejorar bastante la limpieza. Había bastantes telarañas e insectos por la casa y los cierres exteriores estaban muy sucios.

Aceptable pero no volvería

La casa está bien,el porche es muy grande y la cocina tiene de todo, la zona es bonita y para ser agosto fresquita, los sofás y las camas son cómodos, el mobiliario es nuevo y confortable.

Hay algunas habitaciones MUY pequeñas,la limpieza deja muuuucho que desasear,los porches están llenos de avisperos, la piscina es una poza de regadio rehabilitada y está en muy mal estado a parte que apenas mide 2x4 y cubre 90,el camino para llegar a ella no está hecho para todos los coches.

The house is almost new, clean, well equipped and the location is nice, though the area plot around the house is smaller than expected but there is a lot of nature around to walk through. The whole impression would probably be much better in the warmer seasons.

The floor heating which is the only heating apart from the fireplace in the living room is locked for the guests of the house, and moreover in one of the 2 bathrooms it worked only for one day during the 4 night stay. The owner did react to our complaint that the heating was not enough but only after the whole first night passed when it was realized that there has been an electricity circuit break. The first owner's reaction was that it was our fault as we ventilated the whole house for 20 minutes when we came due to the covid precaution and that it would take a lot of hours to get back to the satisfactory temperature, but when it still didn't reach it until the next morning they sent someone to check it. However the bathroom floor stayed cold. The house has large glazing areas which are not well insulated (cold when you touch them inside the house but that seems to be general problem in the area). The sleeping rooms themselves were finally well heated. Anyhow during winter if you are visiting with kids the additional heating seems necessary. If you turn the extractor fan while cooking the smoke from the fireplace goes into the house. The water pressure is very bad in one of the bathrooms. One of the bathrooms doesn't have movable shower head which is also not practical with kids nor in the cold weather. The sub terrain level is locked and also this is the first time we booked the whole house only to find the exact number of beds equipped with sheets (in one room with 2 beds for example there was only one bed prepared) and one room locked as there was less of us than the maximum number meaning you are not allowed to choose.
