Good start for a vacation

Pool was amazing and clean, Airconditioning and wifi is good, Room is clean and beds are spacious. Free shuttle service around Alaminos. Staff are very accomodating. Restaurant is good with room service.

Only complaint is no dining table and limited TV channels.

Enorm genoten!

Enorm schoon! En enorm vriendelijk personeel. Eten en drinken was ook super lekker! Zeker een aanrader. Mochten we weer in de buurt zijn komen we zeker weer terug.

Kamer kan niet goed op slot. Je doet het op slot. Maar zelfs zonder sleutel krijg je de deur open. Even een aandachtspunt. Misschien was dat alleen bij onze kamer het probleem.

Cozy place to stay near 100 Islands. Loved the Bible plaque over the reception desk!

The room was nice and comfortable. Breakfast okay however, coming from Canada I’m used to actual milk in my coffee, not powder. I brought my own milk. 100 Islands is superb and the giant statue of Jesus Christ is inspiring for my faith!

This building has some rooms like ours with a window facing only into the hallway. I attached a photo. The builder could have built a nice balcony on the opposite side overlooking the pool. Instead a 4 story high blank concrete wall overlooks the pool. It’s kind of sad what could have been a really nice romantic suite. I’m speaking as a tradesman working in the building industry.

It’s cheap and it shows I’m afraid

The staff at the hotel are great, very friendly professional and helpful. Nice pool great location.

The room was awful. A standard room on ground floor was not like advertised. Had no windows at all. Basically a concrete box. The air con was above the door cut into a hole and the rattling from these units was so loud and annoying and this was next doors AC not even ours. You could hear traffic from the road outside the hotel and the Tv did not work for first 24 hours of stay. once this did get fixed there are no actual tv channels. Netflix or YouTube only.

They go WAYY About and beyond to do everything for you, and the restaurant is pretty good.

The restaurant didn't have Orange juice or Juice. But you could go right down the street and get Fresh Juice.

Rustic Crown Hotel is perfect en mooie uitvalbasis voor bezoek aan 100 Island of the Filipines.

Prima Hotel voor bezoek aan 100 Island of the Filipines. Prima Kamers, Bedden zij oke, Goede Wifi, Koelkast aanwezig, Goede warme Douche net redelijke straal. Zeer vriedelijk en behulpzaam personeel welke je met een electrische scootmobiel je naar vetrekpunt van 100 Island kunnen brengen. Ontbijt was via een lijst te kiezen welke je in Shimas Cafe & Restaurant kon nuttigen, tevens was dineren hier ook mogelijk. Mooi menu met van alles wat. Door slecht weer ging onze excusie naar 100 Island niet door daarom de dag bij el pescador resort doorgebracht dit is een redelijk strand en resort. Heerlijk zwembad aanwezig waar je je eigen muziek kan afspelen via bleutooth. Parkeren is mogelijk op eigen terrein.

The rooms are nice and comfortable. Location is very good especially near the hundred islands. Staff in restaurant were helpful

There is a fee for many things such as misuse of towels. Obviously a fee for any damage but the some things are already broken such as toilet seat. Almost got charged 5000 pesos because one of our children was hungry and ate a small snack into his mouth. We were not given a warning, instead a member of staff wanted to charge us already. Yes ok no food allowed in pool area but can we stop children to not eat. Doesn’t seem family friendly.

The location ,size of the room , swimming pool ,breakfast and staff.

Very small things .The smell of the fridge is bad the size of the toiletries are too small for a 2 day stay and a group of four .But over all are really good .I will still recommend and be back again in your hotel.

We were only there for a night but we enjoyed our room nothing to complainto complain about.

Toilet was clean and modern. Up to a good standard with warm showers.

The food at the restaurant could have had larger portions, especially the crispy pata, was mostly bone. :(

Great staffs from checking in to checking out!!!Linda is very nice and very welcoming to us. Linda made sure we are taken care of, she knows we don’t have means of transportation to the wharf and she called the service stuff to drive us to the wharf. She also called the resort for us that we want to visit for a day to make sure we will be accommodated. That small thing is great because we were able to know when to go. She made us feel good and the hotel is very clean and nice. Rustic is the place where you should stay when you are in Alaminos.

Very good experience.

Room was clean, bed is firm , hot water is good, bathroom is clean. But exceptionally praiseworthy is customer service. We were received warmly despite late arrival. Also, we requested the hotel staff if they could purchase for us Bangus and longanisa (;since these were good when we had breakfast) and they did !!! Such an amazing hotel team ! I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends.

The bathroom sliding glass door need to be secured as it may go off the rail if not handled gently.

Comfortable and safe place to stay. Swimming pool is very nice my nephews enjoyed it.

Friendly staff, very accommodating owner and staff, whatever you need they will find a way to get it done ✅.

The refrigerator was kind of dirty. But we wipe it before using it, no problem.

Definitly a must stay hotel if you are going a vacation in 100 island alaminos pangasinan. 5star ⁶

The staff are great and very accommodating. They were all professionals. The location is very close to the Tourist center where you can rent a boat for the day's island hopping. They have an electric tuktuk that they use to drop us off at the tourist center. The hotel restaurant serve good food for pulutan and dinner and we even used the alfresco bar area until the morning hours.

Nothing really or maybe just the wrong location of the bidet.

The option for dine in menu could be more. we were a bit disappointed as some of the items we ordered were not available and had to settle for what was.
