Estaba polígono que no había nada alrededor .el hotel no tenía ascensor. Los sábados cierran el bar 3:30 . cuando llegue no pudimos ni servirnos un bocata. Mal organización.va

Buena relación calidad-precio

Buena ubicación para poder aparcar el coche y buena comunicación para acercarse a la ciudad.

Las almohadas eran muy incómodas, demasiado finas. Nos gustaría que el bar y el restaurante estuvieran abiertos, ya que cerca del hostal no había mucha opción para desayunar, comer, cenar...

Horrible experience all around!

Nothing!

No one was available for checkin. Had to wait 45 minutes after calling 5 times and being hung up on. Owner showed up and was rude and obnoxious. (Maybe drunk) Shower was not functional. Nozzle broken. 4 Letters…DUMP…Don’t book here!

Disappointing

I rang to say that I'd be checking in at 7pm. I got there at 10 to 7 and the place was locked up. I wasn't impressed. I wouldn't use it again.

All very good, we did not eat in the restaurant or drink in the Bar.

Stayed in the Quad Room although there were only 3 of us on the Ground floor, Everything was very good, we all slept very well with A/C before traveling on to Santander to meet our return Ferry.

It meet all of our needs and many thanks to the chap who got us a coffee as we were late arriving

The stay was comfortably, clean and what we expected after a half day travelling and was a suitable distance from Bilbao where we were catching our ferry the next day.

A decent place to stay overnight with a possibility of a cafe and sth small in the morning in the bar. Friendly gentelman, but just over the phone.

Isolated, basically on a high way, nothing around. No reception in the afternoon, half autamatic check in over the phone.
