Very bepoor value for money. Arsa was very attentive and helpful

Arsa and the location.

Have stayed in the big villa before. The property is even more rundown this year and overpriced. Stayed in In the little villa this year - there is nowhere to sit down at a table inside. Very uncomfortable to only have exterior pool lounges and high bar chairs. It is 3 times the price of other places I have stayed at balian and for this I would expect all linen and towels to be changed every 2- 3 Days . Arsa does his best but no amount of scrubbing should it be done will make a difference to the shower recesses. Only one pillow each is not enough . The pillows are too high and there is no other choice.

Arsa met us easy to get there......he was fantastic throughout the stay , very amicable and a great smile.Great location and very quiet and relaxing great surf and food

so relaxing, lovely pool, great surf out front… close to all local restaurants

we enjoyed being close to the river with a nice vista and also being able to walk out the gate straight onto the beach and access to the surf. Arsa, our host was excellent and spoilt us with fresh coconuts and papaya and took me to the local hospital to see a doctor. we will stay here again.

as it was sometimes wet it would’ve been good to have a verandah and lounges undercover so we didn’t have to sit in on the bed inside the room. we were staying in the single stand alone villa .

Our stay was amazing. Arsa was so helpful and always checked in on us to made sure we had everything we needed. Located right on the beach and in walking distance of all you could want - yoga, restaurants, surf, night markets etc!

This is not a place for intimacy and romance for a couple. The water was not blue nor the sand white

Loved our host who was exceptional. Couldn't do enough to make us comfortable

The family in the main house took over the pool. No privacy at all. What was showcased was not provided.

The amazing location of the Villa, with an awesome outdoor area with the pool made it so relaxing. Arsa was an incredible host, always willing to help us and kept the Villa in an excellent condition!

Great area and great host.

Great location, lots of warungs to eat at. Arsa our host was very good and helpful.

No hairdryers and could have more toiletries and air conditioning in main living areas.
