I like that breakfast was included in package, and that the air conditioning works very well.

The door on the G-2 room had a crack in it, and you could see outside from inside the room, the bathroom door lock didn't work, and the toilet needs to be flushed twice before working. Otherwise, our stay was decent for the cost.

Missing leading information at booking too much red flag at the hotel information locking to the staff , boarding over pricing liquor no fun activities need praper mentainance food and drink was not good either has no style

I liked the customer service the staff was friendly I liked the fact I could make a last-minute reservation

I did not like the fact that the electricity kept going out. There seem to have been a short in the bed side lamp.

staff was missing from the front desk frequently. no one to help. I also requested breakfast daily and 3 of the 4 days they were late with breakfast- one day they were over one hour late.

the view is nice, took me a million steps to reach my room and see it. the Ac is old I didn't get the room I booked

the Ac is old I didn't get the room I booked the room I got smelled liken it was just cleansed, tipped off my sinus the bathroom light was no good, I could see a thing Tue shutters didn't go all the way closed. I booked dinner for 8:30 and ended up eating around 10 when the restaurant is to he closed. road to the property and veryyyyy bad.

Pleasant overall enjoyed my stay.

Breakfast was delicious, also meal ordered from the restaurant. All the staff were great, very professional, helpful and courteous,

My bathroom was a concern. The bath moved when I stepped into it. There was a large crack around the seal. The rest of my room was great. Just the bath was a definite concern.

Good place to stay just need a little tweaking

The quietness of the location, the chicken pasta for dinner and I liked that they had a pool for relaxation.

Didn't like that it had no elevator and we were at the very top floor. Had a baby with us so it made it a little difficult. I think a bell boy should be there to at least assist with the taking up and down of our luggage. Kitchen staff are needed for the timely preparation of breakfast. Overall not a bad stay.

Nice hotel, past its prime, but with a nice view over the ocean (if you're high enough) and AC.

The balcony had a great view over the ocean. There was a nice AC in the room and toiletries in the bathroom.

Breakfast was very very plain, could have been better. It's a bit far out of Port Antonio, the roads to Match resort were rather bad. The hotel is definitely past its prime years

I enjoyed my time at Match Resort, I would visit again!

the staff was incredibly friendly and warm, the location was close enough to the town and other attractions.

the roads to the property NEED to be fixed, and although tasty, breakfast proportions were kinda small.

Happy when I got an upgraded room with an coffee maker but did use it due to the fact it was not clean. The bedding was comfortable but squeaky The towels was white but brown they need changing
