Värt ett återbesök!

Centralt läge och nära till parkering. Mobil incheckning och digital nyckel fungerar smidigt. Trevlig personal på morgonen. Jättegod frukost med småvarmt, allt fint upplagt i ombonat frukostrum. Bra pris utanför säsongen:)

Rummet var helt ok för en natt men inte mera än basic och något opersonligt. Ska du stanna längre välj en högre priskategori , då får du säkert mera ( roligare ) rum för pengarna.

Central hotel location.

Lovely genuine staff who showed real interest in us as holidaymakers. The hotel had a lot of character with beautiful art in our bedroom which overlooked the cobbled street leading to the central square. The bedroom was light and airy. Hotel very convenient for the town of Ystad. We enjoyed a good tasty breakfast.

Bathroom rather small and the bedroom would have benefited from at least one larger bedside table.

Breakfast was excellent - we loved the bread especially. Our room was nice and airy, with a view of the street. The room was quite minimalist - it had no wardrobe- but looked great and the beds were comfortable. There was a rack with hangers to hang our clothes - all you need really. Everyone was very friendly.

There was a lot of confusion around payments. They overcharged me and it took a while to sort it out, but it was all worked out

A lovely place to stay with warm comfortable rooms, great breakfasts and wonderful hospitality.

Exceptional service, facilities, comfort and value for money. From the start of our stay, the welcoming, friendly and super-helpful approach from this family run hotel enabled us to have a really magical stay in this lovely historic town. Our all too short a stay in the off-season was in a relaxing and different destination that can be highly recommended; especially for those who want to see a beautiful area of Sweden less known to foreign visitors.

The en-suite wet room had a shower that possibly needs a couple of safety rails for the more 'balance challenged' like myself along with additional shelving for bits and bobs: although I gather updating of these features is on the agenda. Some tourist venues are shut until the main season ramps up and then one would expect that the whole town would have a different feel, being much more busy.

we were very disappointed by the quality of the hotel, the bedroom and shower room were more like what one would expect

Location. Breakfast was very good.

The bedroom was bleak, bed uncomfortable, decor unimaginative and cold, bathroom was a disgrace, plastic shower curtain, all very old fashioned. Nothing extra to make the room cozy and inviting.

Unique travel stay

Outstanding breakfast! The venue is so unique, and adds to the enjoyment and creates a great atmosphere for all the guests. The staff is very friendly and gave us some suggestions on what to visit.

Even though the location was central, it is based in a pedestrian zone, so finding parking was a bit of a struggle for us. This also means that you might have to carry the luggage a bit to the hotel.
