The customer service was okay, at least they responded. Half of the accommodation experience was good, and the other hal

The environment is very clean and the area is very convenient, near Eko Cheras Mall.

The bad experience was that we couldn't find the parking lot after searching for a long time. It took the security guard half an hour to search for it. Later we found that the parking lot numbers were not arranged in order. The door lock of the toilet on the second floor of the room was from the outside, not from the inside, so we were locked inside. The Wi-Fi password was also wrong, and we could only log in after asking. The hair dryer was not checked to see if it was in the hotel, and the customer could not use it that night.

Did not provide the apartment as advertised. Inform have 2 single bed but only provide 2 mattress. The A/C water leaking.

Nice apartment with great view

Nice room with complete kitchenettes and nice smart tv. High speed internet wifi, streaming movie so fast. My room at higher level with a great view of part of the city.

Bed and mattress not so comfy, no tv near to bed. Bathroom also not so what i expected. The shower has super high water pressure makes shower not so comfortable.

I’m a regular here so it’s always pleasant to stay here.

However, I was disturbed last night with an unknown presence in my room. Things started to fall off the table on its own, the lights flickering, weird noises like banging on the roof and stuff not working like the lights. I had planned to stay for the whole night but my fiancé was too scared to stay any longer so we had to check out as soon as possible. Unfortunate how things turned out but it is what it is, I don’t think me and my fiancé would be returning anymore as that night was too scary for the both of us.

The apartment was clean and comfortable and conveniently located near the KG metro line. It had a great view and was good value for how much it cost. I didn't have any problems with the deposit like some other people have mentioned.

The bathrooms had a bad smell from the drains and there was no hot water. I would stay here again for a short trip but not more than a few days.

Beautiful,cozy & will come again..

The house was spacious and clean,the decorations was very modern and beautiful.. The bed was comfy and the view was beautiful as we have a glass wall in the bedroom..

Some of the lights in the house were not working and the fan also not working.. so we just have to use the aircond,i like fan btw.. and it would be a plus if there was a water dispenser..

It was a restful break. thoroughly enjoyed the space.

the location was great - next to a shopping mall where restaurants were aplenty. hostess were efficient. questions and problems attended to and responded within minutes. it really is a home away from home.

this isn't the first time we have stayed here so it was a little disappointing that the toilets were reeked with the smell of urine. It was clean but perhaps the cleaner didn't scrub thoroughly. Nevertheless, nothing a bottle of Mr Muscle cannot do.
